Great job Kaku'un, triggering as many death flags as possible.
The chapter was a bit strange how quick the Qin went from totally owning the battlefield to almost being routed. Rising morale and some horses up the hill shouldnt have such a dramatic effect.
Still I really like this arc, its great how evenly balanced the battle is, with both sides having enough time to shine. But what I'm worried about is the outcome. No matter what, it really is hard to be satisfying.
->Zhao wins: It would lower the hype for the Kanki Army (which this arc is probably about) and would hinder Shins much needed rise
->Zhao wins, but with Hi Shin Unit heroics: Would make the Kanki Army look even worse
->Qin wins: With all the Zhao arcs having them losing already, it would make them appear even weaker. Especially if some of their best generals are killed now. Showing us that Zhao still has some serious power and hidden gems among their generals, only to kill them off would be pretty bad (and I have a very bad feeling with the multiple proclamations by Shin to kill Keisha; we need him for the main event not to be killed in some 'filler' arc)
History spoiler
! Especially when pretty much all the coming arcs will be centered around Zhao
Whats needed is some balance act, where the Zhao's come up as some serious threat and their best generals stay alive, but still some glorious Kanki action and enough merits for Shin to be promoted. And I kinda fear that the author might not get that balance right.
