@Jameswuds:
I cannot be the only one who is not cool with this type of ridicolously, expositional chapter? It felt like reading a wikipedia article.
Well, it was obvious from last week. I would prefer 4HK discovering this history with their respective powers. Hell, even now Shima is providing us with a method! Wolf King is able to gather it's opponents everything through sniffing. And Guiness just transferred that information to Toriko. Plus considering Coco is Coco, it would be totally possible. And it would be a better explanation. Considering Jiji has no way of knowing what Neo did in that planet after his ancestors left him there. It would be more personal then, some guy we barely know and hate at that, giving a lecture.
Concept of these livestocks being APEX PREDATORS doesn't sit tight. If they really are apex predators and ultimate bringers of death how do you keep them controlled? Not just one and a group of them… Chapter says they were demons to begin with but where did they come from? And why are they so strong?
I don't understand why NEO is being shown as the pure evil. Isn't the Blue Nitro that came up with the way of administering stress through 'facing with death?' And those demons are just tools for it? Neo is doing what it's supposed to do. Scare the shit out of living things so it would become tastier... Am i supposed to feel bad for anyone other than 4HK which are trying to live in harmony with creatures? Blue or Red Nitro (jiji)? Blue Nitro were going to eat the planet or it's inhabitants anyway?
It seems like what makes NEO pure evil is it isn't an idiot that makes the planet tastier for Blue Nitro but wants to eat it itself. Considering it's an existence where every creature looking for tasty ingredients what makes NEO different is he is powerful enough to travel planets and consume the life out of them.

@Louis-1988:
Joie's words at the end of the previous chapter had nothing to do with the exposition Jiji gave us this week. I think (I hope) we're going to get at least another 3 chapters of flashback about NEO's history as told from Toriko, ATOM and Joie's perspectives.
Yes. But the origins of NEO and why he is so powerful is still a mystery. Maybe that explanation would help.
