Gotta say, the designs this arc have been top notch. While I liked a number of aspects of Dressrosa, the designs of the characters never really got to me. Here, each mink is unique, with the muskateers, the two kings, and Jack having amazing designs. I think this might be my favorite arc character design wise.
So that page where Jack was asking the question about where the samurai (Raizo) was and everyone thinking that there is no such person here, there was that mink that stood up suddenly but it didn't go anywhere. I think those who predicted Raizo was pretending to be a mink was right, and that was Raizo in disguise right there.
The scenery was quite brutal, seeing those minks lying around and the strong ones being hanged. We didn't get to see it, but we know many died in this battle, unlike some other times in the series. With how things turned out, I think all parties came out looking good. The minks struggled but was able to push back after a while, showing that they are capable. On the other hand, Jack gets more hyped where despite fighting constantly, he was never taken down and only left because he had to go after Doflamingo. So those thinking Jack was weak last chapter now have ample proof that one hit doesn't make one weak.
Liked seeing the swirlyhats arrive and do a few things. Looks like those who guessed the squirrel was the mink back in 795 was correct. Interested to know what Pedro meant about the two kings needing to survive for the world. Perhaps it's something about the void century.
Overall an excellent chapter, and I am anticipating the next bunch of chapters to learn more.
