@Conte_Zoro:
i live in italy, could you please give me an idea of how much the shipping will cost for the two items? i saw the prices on your site but since i live far away would be great to know the total price^^
I can't guesstimate the cost of shipping on pre-order items. If I guess wrong that looks really bad on me. Please understand.
@kanji_xiii:
Well this is the response I received from PalPal:
"Thank you for contacting PayPal.
To be eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection, you must file your dispute within the timeframe noted in the transaction details. If you submit The dispute after the dateline, it will automatically close. We regret any confusion in this matter.
We value your business and regret that you have had this experience.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance."
So that's the end of that for me I think. No great loss though.
You should call them instead of e-mail. Of course they are going to copy/paste a script response when you email, that's easier than actually addressing the issue and they can sleep comfortably knowing they've 'done their job'; you have to call in, explain the situation about PayPal closing both of his accounts for fraudulent activity and let them know that you are aware that other people have been refunded even though the the 45 days window had closed. Ask for a supervisor while you're at it, I never get anywhere with the base level customer service grunts either.
Seriously guys, don't take "no" for an answer so easily. It took me over a month to get the banner taken down off his website because both he and his web host were being difficult about it. Do not relent, it's your fucking money! $40 down the drain equates to 4 hours of burger flipping here in the states. I'd be pretty pissed off knowing I wasted half a day at work. I don't know about you guys, but I work hard for every penny I earn and I'd be damned if I let some thief run off with it because some minimum wage customer service rep doesn't feel like looking into the issue.
