Has anyone uploaded Viz's 346 and 347?
No, and I hope nobody will do it as it is highly illegal and because ESJ subscribers (the people who are paying for it) will be in an unfavourable position

A little upset Crunchyroll translated Nanika's name instead of leaving it like that to avoid confusion.
Oh we already had the people twisting out of nowhere in chapter 323.
I thought the episode added new scenes but that wasn't the case.
This kinda confirms Nanika being Ai.
Since chapter 340 I have been thoroughly confused.
Is Ging and Pariston (and co) going to fight the zodiacs, or Beyond? How will Gon get his Nen back? Why is Kurapika being so prickly? And is Don Freecs the new Demon King Raizen?

The first question is probably yes, unless Beyond is capable of escaping without their help.
Gon getting his nen back is a plot point, so just wait for it to be shown.
Kurapika has been dealing with the kind of people where he has to be who he is right now, a logical evolution of his character and maybe him being back with Leorio will mellow him out again.
Last question, I honestly think he won't be important and this is just Togashi subverting a common trope. Chances are if we do see him he'll be long dead.
Ugh, I know Pariston is made to be detestable, but actually hearing him is almost painful… I don't know if I'll be able to get through some pieces of this animated simply because of him!
Hahah it made me absolutely love him. He's gone from a guy I really didn't care about to an amusing character that I'm excited about. Seriously Madhouse and that Voice Actor nailed it with him, I can see why everyone hates him but still understand why he's where he is.
When do you guys think the movie will be online? Today is the release day for the Blu Ray in Japan.
Man the Viz translation is so much better finally understand what they are talking about now.

Think this adds to the credence that Togashi has taken a schedule similar to Oda's in that Hunter X Hunter is expected to have a break every 3-5 weeks.
Or as Togashi likes to call them, "mini hiatuses"
@Purple:

I can't remember the last time Bleach was on the cover.

I dunno if a completely blank cover will sell that well.

Why I'm more excited for Hxh chapter than OP?? >.<
! Spoilers ahead.
Ch 348 Preparedness
Starts with the final exam of the mentioned hunter exam. Cheadle shows Byond's video he used on TV to the examiners and tells them to answer few questions. Meanwhile in other room Mizaistom and Kurapika are watching live video of the questioning. Kurapika uses his dowsing chain to determine the spy. He explains that he doesn't fully understand his ability either but he assumes that he uses the subconscious cues to determine if people are lying or not. Says that usually he has to face the person in order to use the ability but he can do it through video when he uses "emperor time."
Crazy Kakin Prince (Tseidelih?) gets a call from his brother Benjamin, who is super buff and holds down lion while he talks on the phone. Benjamin says that their father approved of them having battle royal in DC(fake one where ppl are moving?) where survivor gets to become king. http://mangakansou.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/IMG_7446.jpg Crazy Prince talks to his secretary about the current situation. Secretary (Teeta?) says that five of their ppl passed the hunter exam. Prince made his bodyguards take exam in order to include them on the ship. Benjamin (first prince) and Tayson (sixth prince) did not send their tropes to the exam while Luzule's (seventh prince) ppl all failed.
Scene gets back to Kurapika and Mizaistom. Mizaistom says that Zodiacs are divided in three groups: radicals(Saiyu, Piyon, Culuk), conservatives (Botobai, Mizaistom, Cheadle, Ginta), liberals (Sachou, Gel, Kanzai), and exceptions (Pariston, Ging). Zodiacs know each others' abilities within those groups but they agreed to share their abilities to every one before going to the DC (except for Kurapika because of his risk). Mizaistom tells other Zodiacs that he suspects a mole and that if they share their secrets now Byond's group will know them too. Mizaistom says that his ability can restric opponents' motion and it consists of three cards: blue that allows opponent in to court, yellow that binds opponent, and red that ejects the opponent. Mizaistom talks to Zodiacs while Kurapika watches the scene through the camera and finds that the mole is Saiyu. http://mangakansou.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/IMG_7444.jpg
Next week is hiatus.

! the monkey is the traitor :o
! you maniacs!!! You blew it up!! Ah damn you!! Damn you all ta hell!!!
So… yeah. Auto-quoting myself from last week:
! @Piitan:
! > Monkey is always the one depicted as one with an uneven temper. If I were to point my finger at a possible mole, I'd chose him.
the monkey! hahah waiting for the latest chap
too bad break next week
Chapter's out~~~
Edit: Mmm well, I was spoiled by the post above mine, but it was a good chapter. Saiyuu being the mole isn't surprising at all, but we got more information on the Zodiacs, the princes, and things are moving along. I'm fine with Togashi taking breaks, hopefully with this and the assistants he'll keep writing for a good while.
Any chapter with flustered Kanzai is a good chapter <3
My god, the princes are royally fucked in the head
one hell of an antagonistic force
that being said, Togashi really likes including sickos and psychos in his stories, doesn't he?
Not sure what to think about calling rabbit, pheasant and monkey the hawks… doesn't really convey the meaning in this context I think.
The dictionary gives me hardline faction as a word, but basically they're uncompromising reformists.

Well, Kurapika called the monkey a mole. I think everyone's just a little zoologically confused.
why do i get the feeling that saiyuu is a red herring and mizaistom is the real mole? i hope i am wrong cause i like mizai
ging = unshakable idiot! hahaha made my day
Who said there was only 1 mole?
So, there's at least 7 princes (or 7 heirs, I'd like an evil princess), and there was a little blurb about the 7 sins.
So one prince murders and tortures women, another horribly abuses animals. Does every prince have a thing where he inflicts suffering upon some group or creatures for fun?
There is 14 princes :

I had a feeling it was Saiyu but I can't explain why coherently. Also… I spy with my little eye...a spider.
The fact that he volunteered to guard Beyond on his own was a bit suspicious I guess.
I haven't seen Kurapika this glorious since he slew Uvogin eons ago.
Interesting chapter. Kurapika was great, good to see him in action again. Really looking forward to the next chapters now, starting to get hyped up.
Also, just watched the new anime episode and have to say the part with Hisoka and Illumi was hilarious. What a great pair those two make. Was laughing my ass off at one point.
What if Monkey isn't actually the mole, or if he is that there's someone else helping out? Seems a bit too easy and quick of a reveal to me, but whatevs
Well, Kurapika called the monkey a mole. I think everyone's just a little zoologically confused.
Oh man hehe, better apply to the zodiac biology squad then. We can't have them not properly identifying dark continent goats can we?
On a different not I really like the the pacing of the last 3-4 chapters. It's been switching up enough to keep me interested in all the different stuff that's going on. Only downside is, it's going slow on a whole but I don't really mind. With how it's going I kind of expect something about Gon next chapter among some of the other stuff that's going on.
Nice chapter, too bad there's a break next week.
I know this is bad tone, but I just can't let this joke coincidence slide:
I absolutely loved this chapter, since the last one, at least for me, was not so interesting. Since I missed and I am currently catching up to last couple of weeks worth of discussion out of interest, I'm certain it was voiced already - I feel uneasy about Ging becoming SO talented. One thing is mind, nen control skill and experience, but copying projectile nen, even when it's not really complicated and calling it a talent, possibly implying it's a specialist nen joining his ordinary pack and other qualities, it made me feel uneasy. And when the chapter took these money turn my interest waned. So seeing this chapter that returned us to Zodiac plotline and gave us motivation of royalty members for this ride made me very happy.
Also, as a tidbit considering Alluka. You know how some cultures dress youngsters as girls to puzzle evil spirits for good? I feel that Zoldycs dressed Alluka as a girl for the same reasons. But Ai has no gender or sex, and since it socializes with Alluka on a regular basis it may very well decided that they are a girl, since they are dressed so, there also may be a coincidence that whenever someone talked to them they used either name or honorifics, without clarifying gender. And since Alluka only has Nanika and Killua to talk to, with brother being away, he may have not really paid any attention, or knew differences (since he was separated from society before kids start to play doctor), and so grew up as a girl.
Had Killua been a trully good Onii-chan, he would have wished for a sex change for Alluka.
Is it just me or you could cut the sexual tension between Kurapika and Mizaistom with a knife? Nah, it's probably just me.
That aside, I don't know if I am missing something, but why are they so convinced there is just 1 mole in the zodiac?
If I properly understood the translation, Mizaistom considered the possibility of Beyond actually having the means to bypass a possible lie detector but leaving some of his allies (like the mercenary - forgot his name) exposed so they could mislead the organization, right? So why he doesn't think the same thing could be done with the Zodiacs? That is, two moles, one of them (Saiyu) is left exposed so the "lie detector" will not expect another guy who was properly hid in the group.
Or maybe is just because I was betting on Saiyu and Botobai and want to be right.
Too easy, too early to detect the mole and I still feel uneasy about the recent chapter. Saw a comment from Nonon Jakuzure from Mangastream comment section. Quoting her comment…
"This chapter made me doubt Mizai even more. Remember how Pariston was so eager to find out Ging's ability? Doesn't this chapter mirror it as well? What if this is just a ruse so Mizai and Pariston can fully know the abilities of other zodiacs as well?"
Remember the chinese zodiac story where the Rat asked the Ox to carry him to the gathering place? They worked together so there's this thought that Mizai might probably be working with the Pariston, him being as the previous Rat. If Mizaistom is actually not a mole, then Kurapika and him would be a great tandem for the Zodiac.
Unless he's somehow telling Mizai who the traitor is, I don't see why Kurapika would say Saiyuu is the traitor when Mizai is the one the whole time. If Mizai can cover his lies as mentioned in the chapter, then that's another story, but that still doesn't explain Saiyuu being called the traitor.
I wish I could choose a theory, but with HxH? fuck it
maybe things are as straightforward as was shown, and monkey is the mole
maybe he isn't actually it
maybe all of this is elaborate ruse laid out by Pariston since the start
maybe there's a second on
as if I'm going to be the guy who's going to figure it all out, so far, the best hunch I have is based on what serpentbag said about the the rat and the ox, because mirroring fables and folklore like that in stories is what writers constantly do anyway
but I'm not complaining, this is really interesting
I didn't expect the start of the continent arc being so much mindgames and all that, after the election arc and Alluka. More something like the start of the chimera arc, although even there the first foundation for Parisons character has been laid
The ox/rat theory is pretty cool. Although I believe Mizaistom and Kurapika working together could already be a reference to that, no?
At least we know there are about 4-6 innocent zodiac members. Mizai couldn't have hidden from kurapikas powers cuz he just saw them at work. At most there might be one more but we can assume it's just the monkey
But what happens after, will they keep him around and watch his movements or kick him out and replace him. Gon kinda looks like a monkey sometimes but he's not ready and I'll be pissed if killua is made a monkey
