I wouldn't be shocked if Burgess just slipped off of Dressrosa somehow; the entire reason he went there got eaten by Sabo.
Chapter 753: " Battle"

Him and Manshelly. The three are having a fun time…. somewhere.

If Dofla is afraid of Kaido, what does he think Blackbeard will do to him if something happens to Jesus?

I laughed thinking about Blackbeard coming to Dressrosa and tilting it on its side. zehahahahahaha
-

Teach would probably laugh it off and blame fate.
-
Teach would probably laugh it off and blame fate.
Teach seems the kind of guy that has big goals, but if it doesn't work he could care less. I mean in Impel Down he laughed off the whole thing instead of being angry. I hope when Luffy beats him, Teach just goes "Well, fate didn't want me to win, well boys, lets go home." It would be interesting to see a guy who got so far, and was close to getting his dream, and instead of getting pissed, he's cool with it and just likes to know that he got pretty far.
-
So I'm guessing since the tonttata are going to let themselves out, Franky can stop saving cola
For the beam and kick pinks butt. -

For the beam and kick pinks butt.I think if the Dwarves made it in, Franky probably destroyed the door and can now concentrate on Pink. That's my guess anyways, since I believe he just needed enough power to destroy the door so the Tonattas could get in.
-
Franky still have to destroy the factory;
-
It would make sense for Jesus to fight Sabo again. Sabo robbed the Flame Flame fruit from him, and he wasn't really defeated. I can see Jesus interjecting himself into the Sabo/Fujitora fight just to get revenge.
-
Franky still have to destroy the factory;
Yes the factory needs to be destroyed, but I think there will be other ways to destroy is besides the beam. I think Franky was saving his power just to destroy the entrance. I think the Tonattas will destroy the factory while Franky finishes off Pink.
-

Actually, I think it is reasonable to guess that Doflamingo feels somewhat safe under his affiliation with Kaido in this case (which is another reason why he fears losing this affiliation)

Why the hell destroy it? Franky can make a Radical entrance, the dwarves can destroy all of the SMILE facilities and the building itself can be re-purpose as a Bento Market or a Hall of Fame for Kyros / Luffy / Ussop-Kami or many other things.
Though if destroyed, it's a lot of seastone that should be used one way or another. (either by franky or someone else) -

I do wonder if anything can be done with all of the SMILE Complex (within the building) to re use it for something else? From what we have seen of it there's quite a lot invested in it, and by no other then Doflamingo, so while won't really happen just destroying it would be a waste.

With all attack by Doflamingo to overthrow the king, as well as the Bird Cage, it might become a defense fort, so if they ever get attacked the citizens can have a place to hide. That or maybe they will use it for trade with other countries. They might make their own toys to distribute to other countries.

Nah, he seems very invested on his dream and would probably lose his shit if he didn't make it.
But he probably doesn't care that much for the well-being of his crewmates.

I don't know, he didn't seem distraught over the poisoning affair. It also could be that he was only like that because he was saved, and during the time he was dying he could've been cursing at fate. It would be cool if he didn't care to much. He could be angry at first but quickly turn around and be like "Well, it just wasn't meant to be." Then again, Oda talks about how when the Straw Hats win, they are basically destroying the enemies dreams, and with Black Beards big dreams, he could crash hard. We'll have to see. It's still nice seeing someone who's a bit more carefree and doesn't stress over all the details.

Him and Manshelly. The three are having a fun time…. somewhere.
maybe they are finding the exit lol
-
How is Powermanga team doing I wonder? CNet has been releasing scripts consistently. And it's been like a month since they released their triple combo.

Incorporating a small amount into his and Usopp's weaponary may happen. -
What did Cavendish on zhe last page…i can't figure it out
-
Sometimes I wonder if Teach would smile if he died. That would be kinda creepy thought.
-
Black beard became a warlord just to break into impel down to get/recruit the rest of his crew. He must somewhat care about them.

Don't see how those 2 things are related to show he cares? ++ Lest we not forget how they got the "privilege choice" of being BB next crewmembers.

They weren't his crew beforehand. He only went there to get them because they are insanely powerful.

While he is most definitely a laid back guy in that regard, Blackbeard is definitely a schemer. He's been a schemer ever since he joined Whitebeard's crew to look for the Yami Yami no Mi. While things haven't gone exactly according to his plan, as King Cannon said he'd definitely lose his shit if he was defeated. Dude has enough hubris to announce to everyone at Marineford, high ranking Marines and Pirates included, that this is his age. When that comes to an end, I don't see him being fine with it, even with the whole fate stuff.
Sometimes I wonder if Teach would smile if he died. That would be kinda creepy thought.
I'm almost positive he won't. When Teach thought Whitebeard would kill him, instead of smiling and accepting it like every other D, he started flipping his shit and asking if Whitebeard would really kill his own son, basically begging. He's atypical in that regard from most D's. Also Whitebeard said he's not one of the men Roger's waiting for, which could or could not tie into that. Like he may be a D in name, but not spirit or something.
-
As long as Blackbeard killed his own crewmate for DF, killed his captain for DF( who used to consider his crewmembers 'sons') I don't think he gives 2 shits about Burgess.
-
I've been finding it odd that the Funk bros are the only Colosseum fighters that seem to be fighting against the Strawhats. Crackpot theory time: Burgess is going to kill Kelly Funk and bring back his power to BB, this could perhaps get incorporated with DocQ and Stronger. I think it's pretty clear that something is off with Stronger, perhaps he's the actually powerful one and Doc Q is simply the only master he'll obey, the jacket jacket fruit lets DocQ outright fight as Stronger.
-

I think he cares about his nakama, but about himself and his dream he cares more.
-
Was the crew a part of Whitebeard's crew when blackbeard was a member? Wasnt he waiting like 20 years to make his move? Someone planning for that long couldn't have done it alone. I doubt when he got his df he was like "Gee! Now I need a crew! Wait, that guy looks strong, lemme see if he wants to join!". Those pre- impel down members must have a pretty big backstory with Teach, and dammnit now im interested to see it lol

I don't think Blackbeard was planning on killing a crew member in the grand scheme of things. He was just looking for the fruit for a while, it was just bad luck on Thatch's part that he got to it first.
-
Blackbeard definitely wasn't expecting to kill a crewmember, but it was something he was willing to do for the sake of the fruit.
Also I doubt the rest of the Blackbeard guys were part of Whitebeard's crew. Part of Blackbeard's plan was that he had to lay low in Whitebeard's crew. Keep in mind, the government didn't even know who Teach was, despite him serving on a notorious Pirate like Whitebeard's ship. His turning down commander position contributed to that as well. So I doubt the rest of his crew came from that ship, also they don't seem to have any attachment to the Whitebeard crew at all.
-
I will mayke this one quick cuz I'm back from my holidays and really tired right now.
Chapter was OK but nothing too important. Hope next one will move the story on further
Kyros was funny
-
Which then begs the question, where did they come from? How did he meet them? Did he know them while he was in Whitebeard's crew? What was the time period between him killing Thatch and Ace chasing him? Did he really find 4 people who all talk about fate and were eager to join his crew in that amount of time?
-
Could it be that the 7th Shichibukai was a prisoner of Impel Down's level 6?
-

I'm pretty certain we will get answers for those questions. BB's crew is a very colorful bunch, and pre-Impel Down teammates should at least get a backstory of them entering the crew.
-
Meh, we don't usually have flashback for bad guys in One Piece. They only appears in the good guys' flashbacks.
-
Could it be that the 7th Shichibukai was a prisoner of Impel Down's level 6?
Nah, nobody from down there would expose himself like that.
-

There were rumors flying around when Volume Z came out, but as far as I could see from translations, nowhere is it mentioned that he was ID prisoner. It was just speculated.
I can't remember if Z managed to defeat the guy that took his hand.
And don't see why he wouldn't expose himself. WG bascially pulled all that escape from ID stuff under a rug. It's not that hard to imagine them inviting such a person to become a Shichibukai, especially if they think he can't be captured easilly.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Nah, nobody from down there would expose himself like that.
If I recall some of them just continued pirating as usual as soon as they got out. I think at least one ship was shown attacking some town.
-

Maybe WG would give him/her a pardon if he/she joins the Shichibukai? Especially, after losing Moria and Teach, they would try to find replacements as soon as possible, and by that saving Shichibukai system and, therefore, world balance.
-
Wasn't the WG trying to hide the fact that some of the Level 6 prisoners left Impel Down, though? Making one a Shichibukai would be like admitting it.
-
So… Someone has a RAW of the chapter?
-
Bb could've easily accepted fate before the two fruits. Now he knows his power and he thinks he just have to do the proper moves in order to reach his Dream. Before it Was like "let me see If the fate helping me out", right now is like "im in the position to fulfill what i want, it depends only on me and my army and i'll do what ever it takes to get to the spot. I don't think he'll be so easy acceptingaq defeat. He lo play dirt, he ll cheat. He ll kill.

Hodi is calling… Plus Dofla is very likely at this point considering we dont really know what drives him.
-

One wonders who would be stupid enough to accept working for the very same organization that tried to erase you from existence.
-
That's worth mentioning as well.
-
When Ace was attacking the BB pirates…blackbeard seemed to care about them, the way he told them to get away. I think he's pretty loyal to his crew
-
@Buggy:

That seemed like less care and more annoyance.
"Don't interrupt me. You're just getting in the way!", basically.
-
He looked a little concerned to me. Rewatching that just proves to me that Oda never really thought of haki in the beginning, since if there was a time to show it it would have been right there lol. It's like Teach got that df just to fight logias, but with haki he could have already done that. but that's a convo for another day lol
