I just had a very crazy thought. What if somehow Vivian traded bodies with Merlin by cutting their heads and trading their torsos with some crazy spell?

What makes you think that?
-
A school comedy spinoff. Not exactly what I had in mind upon reading the announcement last week, but it can work.
-
What makes you think that?
Vivian's body is similar to Merlin's in the past and the fact that Merlin's tattoo is properly in her neck.
-
Just thought I'd give Merlin a quick color.

Many thanks for that. The moment I saw that page I was hoping for someone to colour it. Love it!

Wow, with the light and shadow you made the boobs bigger. Thanks you! I appreciate it, even if I hope and praise Nakaba for not giving her big boobs. She can be very sexy with out big boobs, and shounen is full of big boobs. So personally I see it's nice decision.

Talking about big boos, the last scans made by Unok from mangahelpers:

Thanks guys. I certainly didn't mean to make the boobs bigger, lol.

You, sir, have got skill.
For some reason I had completely overlooked chapter 83's release and was waiting impatiently for it to be released already. Good thing I remembered to check its batoto page.
Two things- Arthur keeps getting better and better. "Hey, if I fight this immensely dangerous opponent with nothing but my own skills, I might end up awakening my power! Sure, it might kill me, but no risk no fun lol!"
And of course Merlin. Every time I see a powerful female character, I'm delighted (btw, fuck you, Kishi). Especially if they are so fucking awesome as Merlin. Toying with the villains' magician like it's the easiest thing in the world while always keeping that arrogant yet beautiful grin on her face. I applaud you, Nanatsu no Taizai.I said two things initially but I simply have to mention the mini-world building we saw while Merlin was playing around. Showing us glimpses of what's to come REAAALLY got me excited for future arcs. Snowy regions, dragons, trolls, comets raining down on Earth… yeah, this manga's got it.

I feel the same, after reading I was trying to dissect the different teleportation locations. Not to mention I am excited Merlin was introduced, mainly because I am interested in the betrayal, with her supposedly knocking him unconscious. I don't remember who it was that stated (sorry) but I will agree with the theory she knocked him out due so he wouldn't obliterate all in demon form.
This manga keeps getting better and better. Top 3 for me.
-
Her boobs look big enough to me and a part of me wishes she didn't wear such a pandering outfit.
Also, I second what Kouch said. Kishimoto got schoooooooooooooooooled like crazy here.
-
@TLC:
What I don't like is this teleportation magic is so broken. Like there don't seen to be any limits. Before Melodias was holding off teleportation user plus two other powerful knights. Why didn't teleportation magician just whisk Melodias away at the start since there don't seem to be any forms of countering it?
Maybe the trick is in being. . .super duper fast and try an go for a knock out against Merlin before she either activates the first or second teleport? (I got the impression, at least with her apprentice, that she needs to go with you on the first trip, and then she goes back to the place she originally was. . .or not? If that's the case, then someone like Ban or Meliodas might have a time window of. . .less than 1 second to go for the kill. These guys supposedly move at really high speeds.
If that doesn't work like that cause the teleportation doesn't need Merlin to physically accompany her victims and it takes, like, a millisecond to send someone to the fucking dragon's nest with no preparation time, no chanting, no energy gathering, no physical risk and no nothing. . .then, yeah. That's definitely unbeatable then. I doubt it's like that, though. Or at least, I hope.

Well, Vivian's hilarious hatred of pigs makes a lot more sense now.
-
Aw man, more spins!
I'm starting to hate those, they are a pest.
-
! Assuming with this revelation, he somehow infused his body with the demon power Melodias has? Or is it something completely different, because his hair looks way off haha.

! His hair looks different because he is in fact the supossedly decesaed Great Holy Knight, Gil's father
! Thats what it seems to me -
huh ?

! Thats what it seems to me! That was my first thought too. I looked at ch 5 and he didn't lose an arm there. So the arm scene is mysterious.
! Due to the black eye, he seems to be in complete control of his demonic part. The shirt is not a shirt but demon shadow covering his body. The guy looks more powerful than Mel.
! -
! So. . .Aizen was alive all along at the palm of his hand? His severed arm's hand?

Holy shit, that's spot on.
-
! Is that supposed to be Hendricksen at the end who looks like his younger self after using some demonic power ? It seems to be for me after checking Dreyfus "flashback".
This could explain why Meliodas don't seem to age. -
Chapter out in English: http://manga.redhawkscans.com/reader/read/the_seven_deadly_sins/en/0/84/page/1
Dat Merlin.
-
He took a shave? Well, good to know that at least he sticks around
Also, Creepy Melodias is creepy.
-
So the demonic powers shave your beard and give you longer hair.
-
Oh so that's a younger Hendricksen.
I was scared of the look good after power up thingy but it makes sense now, demon power restores can your youth i guess.
-
Which means that at some point we might see the real Meliodas, probably old as fuck. Perhaps on the day he dies.
'twas an alright chapter. I didn't enjoy it as much as the last one and the "conclusion" didn't make me feel anything tbh. Then again, maybe I'm not supposed to be emotionally invested yet since the arc's still going.
-
Vivian has some weird obsession with an 11 years old Gil.
-

She might be just couple years older than Gil, if that's the case, then it's not weird.
-
Oh, sorry, it wasn't Aizen. My bad. I swear it would've been an "Zaratras wasn't dead, I am Zaratras!" shit moment.
I guess this gives back a bit of villain cred to the otherwise disappointing Holy Knights.
Decent chapter.
-
Man, Ban is missing the fray. Well, we didn't even get to the 100 chapters mark and things the tides are already changing drastically, I was expecting all the sins to be reunited at this point. I believe Dreyfus will die and all Lionesse will be destroyed and the heroes will take shelter in Camelot and starts a war with Hendricksen starting by tracking Escanor whenever he is.
-
And I still vaguely remember somebody mentioning that this series is planned to last 40 volumes or so. If so, things will get CRAZY now.
-
So now are we to guess that Hendrickson obtained this demon power somehow, or he is inherently part of the demon clan. The latter could explain why he's obsessed with unleashing the demon clan.
-

Doesn't look like just a couple of years older by that silhouette. More like 15-16, and even then it's weird.
-
Vivian was probably carrying out the Genji plan with Gil.
Edit: The Genji plan is also known as wife husbandry

Doesn't look like a "couple of years older" going by her silhouette.
-
Good chapter. I would have called it great if it wasn't Dreyfus who is definitely the worst character introduced so far IMO.
-
Decent chapter overall, one can never have too much Merlin!
-

Yeah, if this is all we'll get from Dreyfus, he was definitely one big disappointment. Both as a "fighter" and as a character.
Also. . .did we get an explanation for that "presence" or wathever it was that Gowther felt inside of him?
-
Oh well, i liked my Zaratras zombie version better :P
-
Which means that at some point we might see the real Meliodas, probably old as fuck.
Oh snap, I wonder if he actually looks like his wanted poster.
-

Well he obviously feels guilty for murdering his own brother for his self centered reasons. So that kind of reaction is expected I guess. And no, I doubt that it's all we're going to see from him.
-
For all of the Dreyfus haters, I have good news: A Death Flag has raised to him.
-
I was expecting Merlim to be developed as a character in this one, so that, maybe in the next chapter, we could get all Scooby Doo and solve the case.
Welp, I hope the author (forgot his name, hehe) just changed the order of things…Merlim sure could use some traits and dialogues so that we know where she is in the map.

I'm sure Meliodas and the crew will have a looong talk with Merlin once this is all over. But for now its more important to protect the kingdom from its enemies.
-

I beg to differ; I don't see how Vivian is weird if she likes a handsome boy who is just younger than her. It's not that strange, you know.
I will take back my words if Vivian is actually 10+ years older than Gil.
-
Gowther's still the best character for laughing at Threader.
-
Ban/Elaine, Meliodas/Liz and now Vivian/Gil. The awkwardness that comes from all those, well there's really no good way to talk about it without either coming down on it or ignoring it. Personally I just write it off, but yeah it's questionable to some degree.
I find it hard to defend not that I would but then I'm also not really damning any of those. Despite harassment "humor" being somewhat tasteless and "loopholes" of fictional age being pretty silly in concept. -

Yes, there is a tendence to that in the manga and cant say I like it.
Also, Meliodas acting like Happosai got old really fast.
