I get that he's trying to do some sort of mirror imagery, but I definitely don't ever remember Sasuke using his left hand as his dominant hand.
but I don't remember much so that's not saying much

Naruto: The self-made charismatic hard worker…OF PROPHECY!
This is like trying to reestablish John McClane as just a regular down-on-his-luck cop, while he fights a spaceship with his bare hands.
I love how Kishi still want us to believe that Byakugan is some awesome shit by giving it to the Hermit's mother.
Sigh… Neji, Hinata.
"Hmmm… I did say one time that the Byakugan is the progenitor of the sharingan at one point... better just give it to the sage's mother and have the byakugan randomly and spontaneously appear at some point and have the Hyuga family almost completely irrelevant to the story otherwise."
And who the hell is Gamamaru? It's a toad summon, okay… But when I google it, everything I find are some fanfiction sites.
Sure that this chapter isn't some kind of late April Fool's prank?

Probably the frog sage that gave Jiraiya that prophecy… which apparently the prophecy is ancient as time immemorial basically.
Besides, I don't really get how reincarnation is supposed to work in the Naruto world. So instead of the actual soul being reincarnated, it's just some "transmigrater" that is somehow inside you? Therefore, Madara could get resurrected, but without this stuff inside him?
There was something in this chapter that left a very bad after-taste, did anyone else feel it?

i started a thread 3 years ago in NF predicting elder toad was Rikodu's summon….i will gloat once NF is up again...

Transmigration is literally reincarnation, so I have no idea what the fuck Kishi is trying to play with here. I guess it's as you said that they're temporarily in your body but when you die they move on to their next body but then if you get revived then you don't have their essence anymore but then how were you the reincarnation if you don't have their soul if youawes;jbdcasezd;loke.jf
What the fuck just happened in Bleach
Bleach: Can you really call it the killer's high if he said it himself that he never had to prove that he was strong, thus implying that he's never had to kill anyone before and wouldn't know the high you feel from taking another life? Wouldn't the fighter's high be a more apropriate title as this is really the first fight he's ever been in and would be the more logical thing that he's feeling right now as he fight's kenny?
Well kenpachi may have sprung an inapropriate boner judging from that face on the last page
Kubo, you can do FMA transmutation, guns and missiles all you want…but when you've already established that the villain can instantly swap Kenpachis spinal cord for Twinkies, it all seems rather pointless.
Amazing, just amazing. The time I've wasted with this, incredible. I hope they can convince Madara to be a good guy too. An end just with overflowing friendship and connecting hearts would be so great. Hell, maybe the two sage-boys can even permanently revive -everyone- that died in the last 1000 years.
Also, did the old geezer also have love-cancer?
No seriously guys, wtf just happened in Bleach.
What happened at all in this chapter?
So mangastream put out their translation of the Naruto chapter.
Is it just me or did they achieve a new low by producing a translation _worse_ than mangapanda?
Naruto: God, so cliche. But I do like the art in that page where Buddha spirit appeared. And also, RIP Guy. O wait, Sasuto might just make it in time. O well. Let's just get this over with.
Bleach: Open up my eager eyes, cause I'm Mr. Brightside.
"I have a warning stone about the dangers from the reincarnations of Indra."
That is kind of a mute point when only the Indra descendants are the only ones able to read it.

So how is Kaguya referred to as Indra's mother when she is supposed to be his grandmother? Is this some translation mistake?

I read both translations, and it seems to me that someone probably made the mangastream translation while completely stoned because nothing makes sense in it (successors vs reincarnations, the stone tablet business, their mother/hagoromo's mother, Night Guy). This is the very rare instance where I'd say mangapanda's translation is the less shitty translation.
Lol at Gai's "Night Moth" what's next, new-day hippo?
Do I see Aizen eating a sandwich?
Thanks Kishi for focusing on Naruto's bland dialogue and off-screening Guy's fight. You are one awesome manga-ka. :)
Not even 30 seconds into the chapter, I look up at the top of the Mangastream page and realize I'm 13 pages into Bleach and still nothing has fucking happened.
Why I can't turn the pages on this thread?
Bleach: Get on with it already.
Kenpachi continues to banter with Creepykid as he "imagines" things up to attack him. Y'know, pillars and rocks, those will work. Meanwhile Fabio and some…..guy (who I'll admit has a pretty sick design) just start talking about the battle from afar. Might I ask what's the point?
Yachiru leaves to get healed by Isane, so damn no tag team battle.
But then.....like a light switch, Creepykid goes batshit insane and summons firearms to attack Kenpachi. Lol what? I think part of the problem with recent Kenpachi fights is that Kubo has to make sure they're both psychotic over-the-top fighters, rather than trying to make things interesting with subtle contrasts. Yammy, Giriko, Unohana....are we reaching a pattern here?
and of course, here's an addition to The Aizen Effect: when enraged, in bloodlust, or just showing a state of face not smugness or stoicness, the fighter with the uber power will of course make mistakes, forget the extent of their brokeness, and seal their demise. Callin' it now.
Naruto: Parallel this and parallel that….doesn't it get old for Kishimoto?
Really, the whole chapter centers on how the Sage's two sons were reborn or whatever into Naruto and Sasuke, so they're like brothers! Wow, I've never seen a brother comparison before between the two, nope, or sir. I should've figured the Sage was (somehow?) addressing the both of them at once.
Another friend speech by Naruto, yadda yadda.....the Bijuu appear into the harmonous circle again...
and of course Madara isn't done yet. Don't screw over Gai completely, Kishi.
Blond haired blue eyed kid is the destined child. Got it.
Why I can't turn the pages on this thread?
You can reach every page which actually exists. However, for some reason there are shown two more pages which do not even exist. I guess it's because the quality of these mangas reached a point so low that even the forum software can't fully comprehend this madness any more.
About Naruto, so these reincarnating souls are indeed more like some kind of parasit than like an actual soul. Instead of being reincarnated, these parasites even look for a person whose character fits to them the most. This raises some questions:
1. When their host dies, do they have to find another host immediately or can they wait until they find a person with the correct personality?
2. Are there only these two parasites or did someone else like Kaguya also set a parasite into the world? What criteria someone has to fulfil in order to set such a parasit into the world?
Besides, so Naruto is different from all the other incarnations because he is more… stupid. I guess you need a lot of stupidity in order to not getting completely insane in that world.
So this makes the main villain of the series someone no one had heard of before last chapter. Brilliant writing, I now care even less about the main villain and this entire conflict.

I don't know guys. Not being able to read two more pages of Naruto and Bleach discussion sounds pretty sweet to me.
So it's actually for our sake? Thank you APForums.
I think I might have a negative opinion about this new chapter of Naruto. However I respect this progression of plot, therefore I just humbly show my middle finger to my pc screen and say a f* y* phrase.

That or you can just resolve these problems by saying Kishimoto completely forgets that reincarnation implies that you can't bring dead people back and that, yes, the personalities of the person will reflect that of the soul.
At its best you can use reincarnations like in the Avatar cycle in A:TLA and have the ability to reference past lives and produce a different personality, but nope. they reincarnate! And gosh darn, what a miracle it was that the person they'd reincarnate into would be incredibly similar to themselves!
It sounds like Ashura was pretty stupid though. Like seriously, I don't know what Naruto was trying to drive home there considering the whole not-a-genius thing.

Seems like some kind of bug. In fact, there is no more of this thread to be seen. The one or two extra page number(s) are only fake.

Now now, it's still Madara. Indra's reincarnated in Sasuke now, remember? So it's just one of Indra's past lives. Don't you see? It's a cycle! of hatred!
Hatred that the readers keep building for all this bullshit
Decent Naruto chapter. Still kind of retarded (Kaguya was Indra and Ashura's mother? I though she was their grandmother…), and I don't get what Sasuke's significance is considering Naruto is the fabled boy of legend who has tamed all 9 beasts while Sasuke has done literally nothing... I mean, literally nothing at all... he went to see the 4 kage, they told him a bs story, and he decided to become hokage too, and since then he's done absolutely nothing of importance...
Bleach is war of the dirt and grime amidst the soapy bubbles as the load almost enters its final rinse phase.

The mangastream chapter is even shittier than usual this week, so yeah Kaguya should be referenced for example as Hagaromo's mother.
And Sasuke's significant because Hagoromo realized that Indra still has daddy issues so he needs to fix that. And don't forget that, up to the point where Naruto unlocks magic fox powers, the whole manga has basically been centered on Sasuke.

So Kaguya is Hinata? Byakugan, completely ignored until now..

Well at least Kishi canonized his love for his fictional son by making him the incarnation of a demi god… I can't wait for the final epilogue of the manga where we see Kishi marrying a Sasuke pillowcase~
Basically, Kishimoto realized around the start of the kage summit that, oh crud, the titular character isn't as strong as Sasuke as the readers probably expect. So he gives him these massive fox powers to boost him up. Also, he's the prophesized child, the son of the fourth hokage and a clan of incredibly powerful seal users branched off from the senju clan, and has the ability to befriend all the pokemon ala pokemon ranger minus the spinning tops. So now Kishi realizes, oh, now Sasuke's just your average Uchiha. I need something to give them both equal ground.
And thus the quickly created and not well thought out creation mythos was born. Also Sasuke's a good guy now
What's up with the new eye technique Kishi introduced this chapter? "The Byakugan"…? Really, another eye technique Kishi? The worst part is he didn't even explain what it did!
As for the rest of the chapter, it looks like Madara is half dead already and about to kill over. All Naruto and Sasuke have to do is fuse and give him one good punch.
The End.
So from the last two Naruto chapters I learned:
-There are chakra genes
-Aliens invaded the earth long ago to eat a fruit
-These aliens crossbreeded with humans(I think?)
-The power of co-operation makes thing stronger,so the sage decided to split up the evil monster into 9 parts so that it gets stronger
-Since when were you under the impression tailed beasts went from 1-10(sage brother has half the ten tails power)
-Mixing your childrens chakras form your own chakra
-Magic tree feeds off humans to regrow magic fruit with the only purpose of giving super powers to those who eat it.
-Ninshuu is introduced
-Ninshuu is actually a alien technique used to subdue humans and absorb their energy by "connecting" their energy to yours and have them worship you(I think that's what the sages mother did)
-The sage seems keen on everyone using Ninshuu….
-Apparently Indra thought it was smarter to resurrect as Sasuke instead of Itachi despite Itachi being the genius
Seems Naruto universe needs more funding for scientists to help stop love cancer and research more about these chakra genes.
@The:

thanks! now i know what that shit reminded me of
qincyboys friends seemed to imply that hes capable of large scale destruction(seeing as they were pretty far away) but hes shown nothing of the sort, quite the underwhelming amount actually
edit: hey wait, didnt he kill those two injured shinigami by imagining them dead? man, fuck this ability and the whole manga with it
So from the last two Naruto chapters I learned:
-There are chakra genes
And amazingly enough out of all the random probabilities possible, one son inherited all of the strong genes and the other son inherited all of the weaker genes. No need for natural middle ground, here!
-Since when were you under the impression tailed beasts went from 1-10(sage brother has half the ten tails power)
The Viz translation makes note not to confuse on that issue and it turns out that they only sealed the ten tails in Hagaromo. As for where his brother went… who knows.
