So Blanka joined Shanks crew.
Theories That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread v.2

So Blanka joined Shanks crew.

I think that Senor Pink's fruit could be the "basha basha no mi", with basha being the japanese onomatopoeic word for swimming (something like "splash splash").
-
I thought about the blood transfusion and looked up to see if anyone else discussed it's effects on Luffy and I found this.
@kenjitr:Forget about these things , does anyone wants to see Mizu Luffy again ? After seeing what wergo did with bamboo i wondered what if luffy shot water like that with COA wouldnt that be so cool , also luffy has jimbeis blood and there was a talk about DFs effecting blood stream of humans so can luffy be first swimming DF user ? I mean wouldnt that be great since he also wants to swim and gaining a little fishmen powers wouldnt hurt , talking wales etc… I think Jimbei didnt join for that reason mizu luffy will be back :) With this luffy also will have something other DF users hasnt like BB , when i look at the collesium i noticed there was water everywhere so i thought what if that was the plot to awaken luffys new powers .
@Monkey:
me foreign devil
me no understand you words
booga booga coca cola, patrick swayzee, hamburgersI doubt Luffy will be able to swim ever again unless in a special suit. Van Decken has a devil fruit yet he can't touch ocean water.
Maybe it will affect Luffy in him getting physically stronger. Fishmen are 10x as strong as humans on land and at least 20x stronger(human strength cut in half) under water, right? I'm not saying Luffy gets 10x stronger but he is perhaps is not as weak underwater and is able to do a modified version of a Fishman technique thanks to the blood.
Did Luffy ever "hear" Sea Kings before the blood transfusion? Maybe the mix of his will of D blood and Fishman blood caused him to have that ability.

That's a really good shout.

That hearing part happened right before the transfusion from Jinbe, unless you're talking about some other transfusion, so yes, Luffy definitely "heard" those sea kings before the transfusion.
More importantly, your idea of blood transfusion is like me getting super strong through transfused blood from the world's strongest person. That's definitely not how that works.
-
Given Oda's interest in old movies could Kanjuro from Wano Country be linked to the actor Kanjuro Arashi? He's linked to an old movie series the Karuma Tengu which features a masked fighter who uses a sword in each hand but is he famous enough that any of his other roles may have inspired Oda?
-
Rommel's Whirlwind is a reference to Field Marshal Erwin Rommel who swooped through his enemies like a whirlwind.
-
If Rommel Kingdom really is a London-themed place, then I think it's the place where Brook was working as a knight. When the Strawhats met him, he really had that british flair (tea, "politeness" and cane sword) and he never mentioned the name of the kingdom he came from :D
-
@White:
Then why did Shanks keep the Gomu Gomu fruit in the first place. He or someone had to have had the intentions of eating it.
The fact that they carried it around in a chest and didn't eat it kind of contradicts this idea.

True. I suppose a donor's blood in someone else COULD affect the donee in some way…but getting stronger isn't one of them. Touche!

Jack is Jecko Moria.
He is an ally of Doflamingo, because two years ago Dofla did not want to kill Moria, but was a skit.
Dofla and Moria belong to the same organization.
Dofla is Joker
Moria is Jack
??? is Queen
Kong is King -

If you think about it Soul King is pretty damn popular and Hakuba is a speed type :ninja:

I think it is highly implied that brook comes from the island trois like that one slave who is a musician. It is located in the west blue, where brook is from and seems to be a music themed island.

@.access:
Kuma sent the SH to meet revolutionaries or people sympathetic to the revolutionary army. He needed them to get stronger, but also needed them to be safe, to he sent them to places where he had trusted people.
- Iva was not around, but he is the queen of Kamabakka, so the kingdom is allied to Dragon's group.
- Heracles is one of the revolutionary commanders.
- Mihawk is not part of the army, but is in good terms with them.
- Gloriosa's lover is related to the army somehow. Maybe Dragon's instructor.
- Weatheria is Dragon's ally. That's the reason for the right-in-time wind storm in Logue Town.
- Vegapunk is an exception since he and Kuma know each other for other reasons.
- No idea about the places to where Brook and Chopper were sent…
That sounds quite interesting, may I throw in my 2 cents on Chopper's and Brook's places? IMHO I think that Torino K.D. (Chopper's place) may have been allied with the AK 800 yrs ago. They aren't "civilized", but they do have advanced weapons although their culture make them look like they're isolated. Brook's Island (the satan worshippers) may have been "freed" by Dragon recently, but since they might have been dependent of the WG, they couldn't help themselves to live independent of the WG. Worshipping the devil at least indicates sth like that. This could also be total BS, since this is pure speculation. But there has been this speech of Rayleigh that made me think a lot: When Robin asked him bout the Void Century and the will of D., he said "I can tell you what happened, but you should seek the answer for yourself, maybe you'll come to another conclusion." Strange, isn't it? He could have said:"Yeah, the WG was a total asshole during those 100 years, go kick their asses!" But he didn't. So there must be 2 sides of this medal. That's why I came to the speculation why Brook's worshippers might have lived better under the WG than being independent of 'em.

Blackbeard will negate Marco's phoenix abilities and injure him so badly that even when Teach lets go of him, he still can't regenerate enough to survive.
Solely based on Oda saying there's a limit to Marco's regeneration, leading me to think we'll see him die, and really, who's better suited than Teach to do the deed?
-
in wano we will meet Scopper Gaban/gyaban,the "second mate" of the roger pirates.
i said so because we already seen someone paying visit to crocus in a cover page, and that hat was clearly from wano acordingly to the chapter about oars jr. and his hatmaybe someone already said that though

I've always been kind of curious about Jewelry Bonney, and what exactly her past is, because it definitely has something to do with the WG. This was made obvious when Akainu said the WG had been worried about her escape. So either she has something to do with the WG either as a double agent or something, or is it even remotely possible that she is from a World Noble family? This wouldn't be so much surprising since DD is descended as well. Thanks.

At this point, Teach is going to kill every important character that's going to die in One Piece. Let someone else have a bit of the fun.

it's more about her Devil Fruit power and what she can accomplish with it then being another Doflamingo type of thing.

…Well, he does fit the bill.
He's killed 2 major characters and contributed to the death of a 3rd, as well as being the final villain lol.

Didn't he only killed Thatch who wasn't a major character?

Didn't he only killed Thatch who wasn't a major character?
He and his crew got the final blow(s) on Whitebeard.
-
He and his crew got the final blow(s) on Whitebeard.
You're right. I never noticed him on the joint effort scene.
-
Whitebeard had an old crew which consisted of his real family. They were killed and he decided to have another family, other people to love. And that's why his crewmembers are so young compared to him.
The Rumbar Pirates were slaughtered by the old WB pirates.
Bonney was a noble, like her real life counterpart, and chose a life of piracy instead. Akainu has come to aid her Tenryubito family many times, and got to know her, and also how dangerous her fruit and personality were. That's why he said he felt a chill down his spine when he caught her.
Most of Dofla's crew were his servants back when he was a Celestial Dragon. Viola and Bellamy are exceptions. And he is related to Bellamy.
Bell-Mere was a Captain or Commodore during her days as a Marine. Sentomaru is a Rear or Vice Admiral. The Giants are all at least Commodore level.
-
The Rumbar Pirates were slaughtered by the old WB pirates.
Disease killed them 50 years ago when Whitebeard was just 22.
-
-
Not enemy's poison weapon ?
Yes but You imagine Whitebeard crew using poison to wipe out a crew. I'm not even sure he had a crew by then(he seems older to me when he is saying to his crew he wants a family. And doesn't seemed to be the captain of that crew).
-
It was poisoned weapons, but that doesn't really seem like Whitebeard's style. 22 is old enough to be captain of a crew though.
EDIT: Swiiiiing and a miss. Too slow.
-

From the way it was said in Whitebeard's flashback at the time of his death, I think the reason he wanted a "family" was because he'd never had a real one. He was probably orphaned.

I doubt Oda will do the Tenryuubito turned pirate angle for both Doffy AND Bonney.
She's certainly of some importance to the WG from the sounds of it.
Most of Dofla's crew were his servants back when he was a Celestial Dragon. Viola and Bellamy are exceptions. And he is related to Bellamy.
I could see the older members like Lao G and Jora having been associated with him back then, but not the younger members.
If Bellamy were related to Doffy wouldn't Diamante or Dellinger have mentioned that when they were commenting on Bellamy getting x amount of chances?
Bell-Mere was a Captain or Commodore during her days as a Marine. Sentomaru is a Rear or Vice Admiral. The Giants are all at least Commodore level.
I can't imagine Sentomaru holding one of the typical marine rankings personally.

Maybe Burgess will do it, I always found it suspicious that he became first division commander like Marco and has a phoenix on his belt
although it's probably just a coincidence

Marco has a much stronger connection with Teach though, it would be a tragic but excellent scene.

I hatched a theory just now (might not be the first to think of this) but I really hope it isn't true
my theory is, the true major villain of the Dressrosa arc will be…. Trafalgar Law
back when he was a member of the Doflamingo family he created the "Smiles" but after a dispute Law and Dofla went their separate ways but Law lost access to his "Smiles" and the factory as a cost.
Now in order to survive in the new world Law has forged a fake alliance with the strawhats so they can help him take down dofla and so he can get back to his factory. Law is very smart and cunning after all, and he is definitely hiding a dark side (Surgeon of Death and whatnot)
once the straw/heart alliance arrive at the factory Law's crew (that Nami and the others are going to pick up now) will each eat a "Smile" (Except Bepo, he's already eaten an artificial Hito Hito no Mi) and become artificial zoans, who differ from Zoans by being permanently trapped in their half forms (like Bepo)
with his now powered up "Smile" user crew Law will take down Dofla and attempt to take down Luffy until the straw hats defeat Law and his crew.
and what is my basis for this theory you ask? it's their jolly rogers.
Laws symbol is a smile, meaning he is for the use of smiles, while Doflamingo's symbol is a crossed out smile, meaning he is against the use of smiles.I really like Law so I hope my theory isn't true, but yeah that's my almost entirely baseless (except their jolly rogers) theory that I hope isn't true, that my sleep deprived brain just cooked up. with any luck there is something I'm forgetting where Dofla or someone outright confirmed that everything is as Law says.

…But Doffy is the biggest SMILE merchant in the entire OP universe.
He's not against SMILEs whatsoever. Hell nothing seems off limits with Doffy.

more than "the biggest" ,from what we know,he is the only one.

do we have any proof that Doffy deals SMILES beyond Law telling the strawhats he does?
his symbol after all is a giant crossed out smile
it would also make for an interesting twist, the character who is always smiling is against SMILES and the character who is always brooding is all for them -
more than "the biggest" ,from what we know,he is the only one.
That by default makes him the biggest I suppose lol.
My point was, Doffy is not against SMILEs.

Also Caesar talked about it as well.
It can even go all the way back to Doffy's cryptic message to Disco, that "SMILEs are in".

1. I know, but his members are way too young. He was 72 and Marco seems to be in his 40's. And was his crewmate for presumably the longest.
2. No. Only Yorki was killed by disease. The rest of them were slaughtered by another pirate crew. Altough on second thought Golden Lion Pirates are more likely.
3. Indeed, but he didn't back away from doing the same thing to Sabo, as well. It's true that he wasn't a Tenryubito, but he was a noble nonetheless. And he wanted to have a life of piracy, which he had, very briefly, and then the turn of events made him do something else.
4. But there are people born into slavery/bought when very young/ sons of servants who aren't slaves. FOr example, Baby 5 could have been the daughter of a maid/butler, and thus she has served served the "young master" her entire life. And all the Donquixote Family calls him "young master", which is worth noting.
5. Still, he is currently a real Marine with Haki. And "special" ranks are the likes of Instructor, which he couldn't have possibly reached.

hmm ok fair enough, guess my theory was thankfully wrong, I had forgotten about all those other mentions of SMILEs
I still think there may be something more to Law and SMILEs but only time will tell for that I guess -

Doffy hadn't started making Smiles until atmost 4 years ago after Caesar stopped working for the government. He didn't have the smiles 13 years ago.

How Luffy will beat Doflamingo and his new world version to G2 and G3**(Theory)**
Kumadori Bio Feedback
**Google Definition of Bio feedback:**the use of electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function in order to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function.
Luffy bio feedback moves
1)Gomu Gomu no Snake shot
!
2)One arm g2 activation
!
3)Zoro Ni gorilla
!
Benifits of Bio feedback
Luffy's New World Gear 2nd and 3rd are Snake and Hawk moves so it will help to enhance both on them
**Decreased snake like rubber density-**He can make his rubber way more lighter almost the way he did when he used snake shot all his joints and his body would be coiled like a snake. This would result in faster speeds for Luffy in his base form. The drawbacks would be his punches won't be thrown straight but more curved his moves will be unpredictable to strong COO be of his snake like body and he can use this to save energy by not using G2 for long periods in fights. Also he would be harder to hit because of his fluid body movements
**Benefits:**Against someone like Doflamingo you can't thrown straight punches are else who would give him a chance to cut your arm. So if you use snake techiques your body is more fluid and hard to predict and punches can come in every direction.
Example of what his snake like attacks will look like
Snake body defense
!
Unpredictable Snake offense
!
!
**Body manipuilation-**Luffy can change his body based on his needs through bio feedback. Example if he's facing a swordsman through his shift in rubber density we can manipulate his body into spikes. He can then be in G2 and launch himself as a human projectile. The downside would be he can't stretch when he's manipulated his rubber to fixed positions. But he but still blitz in g2 and fight a swordsman up close with deadly instruments on his body and the speed of G2
Example
!
**Gear 2nd-**He has been seen activating G2 with arm. So with Bio feedback he can activate G2 at will without leaving himself vulnerable to cheap shots.
Gear 3rd- He doesn't have to inflate his bones manually for Gear 3rd. The same way Kumadori uses his hair he can get his bones to fill up by just thinking it
**Remote area pump-**With bio feedback he could pump blood to the most remote part of his body like his brain to increase his reaction and accuracy with all punches including G3 big hitters
**2)Resistant to pain-**He could also regulate his body's secretion of adrenaline hormones to help ignore pain and pretty much go on his version of Iva steroids when he's in the crew is in danger
Stat manipulation: If Lucci can boost his speed by changing his body structure, then Luffy, after mastering this technique, could boost his muscle strength while attacking and boost his speed when dodging.
Against Doflamingo 2 techniques will be imporatant
**1)Snake like techniques-**For unpredictability and energy conservation
**2)Hawk techiques-**For burning through DD's strings and serious impact attacks that rival G3**Red hawk comparisons/New world G3
**Red hawk Underwater=**Very Strong and almost rip through hordy's chest
**Redhawk On land=**5x stronger and will rip through someone chest
**Red hawk underwater=Takes 5 seconds to light arm on fire
Redhawk on land=More casual and takes 2 seconds to light armSnake comparison /New world G2
**Snake Luffy=**Less faster than G2 saves more energy and makes base Luffy faster
**Gear 2 Luffy=**Much faster bad burns energy way faster**Snake Luffy=****Less predictable offensively against swords and very hard to hit defensively
**Gear 2 Luffy=More predictable offensively but stronger against physical fighters and weaker against swordsNow Luffy can use redhawk to enhance his snake techiques like using his own version of "Overheat" but only using his real arm instead of strings like DD. I believe Snake and Hawk techiques will be the NW G2 and G3
Now if we look at Luffy's animal attacks that has been has is only elephant so my guess is snake and hawk will be expanded during DD's fight with Luffy
