@Cyclone_Baroness:
I need good tips and information for how to get results as a woman. I want to have muscle tone but I'm also worried about losing boob size if I lose weight. (weird complaint, I know).
So far playing tennis twice a week and trying to stay under 1200 calories is my only diet plan..
Where are you at right now??
I really did not lose anything in my breasts going from 180 to 157. And I really didn't gain much until I went over 200 (now at 250). I've increased in band size, and there is some extra fat in the boob area, but I expect to retain the DDs when I get back down again….
I'm trying to get back into a routine now that I'm working again, but at the same time I strongly dislike going to the gym alone, I'm not in an area where I know anyone, and I lose sanity points if I don't get my downtime in the evening.
I've improved my diet tremendously, and nuking my mornings with fiber and protein really keeps me from being more then slightly hungry the rest of the day. Usually I am ravenously hungry, and I need the incredible protein boost to keep me level. Like this morning I was out of milk and cereal (so no protein shake at the least @_@) so I swung in McDonalds, and had shrimp/salad/soup at a resteraunt for lunch, and I'm still starving to death. Normally with the heavy protein nuke I will be good and full of energy all day.
I've been eating apple & cinnomin cherrios with a cup of kashi go lean for breakfast most days (I have a healthy breakfast muffin I like to make too but I very rarely get up early enough to have time for that XD) and I had been making smoothies with fruit and tofu and some tasteless protein powder but I'm not a big fruit person and I usually have to pop some zantac because it's beyond nauseating to drink that.. tastes like epic crap, even when I do all blueberries which I love @_@ So now I'm back to my chocolate protein shakes. I can down that much easier.
When I actually GO to the gym, I am not sick, weak, tired, and ravenously hungry after I finish either... I just hardly go because lazy. I have a very long commute so that kills an hour of my after work time, on top of spending an hour or 2 at the gym XP And sometimes that's all the time I'll get. This next week I have a few 8-5s together so I won't have too much of an issue with getting there after work >_< It will just be crowded.
Also this is doing well for my pocket book, as I usually would run in and grab fast foods/drinks all the time, but keeping my hunger from being it's usual issue, I have a lot more willpower to make it home for a snack. I also pack enough lunch to where I usually leave something left over, so there is a little something to eat to satisfy me on the 45 minute drive back home @_@
I've only ever been in great shape in times that I was extremely happy and not even remotely at the level of miserableness and loneliness that I am at right now .___. It's very hard to power through, but it's all in overcoming everything as well.
