It definitely won't be a permanent thing. I'm sure that right after this Arc, we'll be going to Wano Country. After everything gets settled in Wano, that will be the end of the duo's adventure with the Strawhats.
Yeah, at this point I'm seeing these two as the Vivi and Carue of the post-timeskip, and are there to give the Strawhats an excuse to go to Wano Country for a feudal Japan themed arc.

My biggest concerns are what in the world is going to happen with Big Mom and Jinbe? 4 days time frame certainly sounds sooner rather than later, but lets face it, this is soap opera comic time. Two Emperors probably not literally at the same time but I can not imagine where Oda is going to take everything especially concerning Jinbe.
Does Big Mom agree to let Jinbe go so easily only for him to join up on the Kaidou adventure just to return to fight against Big Mom later? Or do we just leave Jinbe behind for the whole Kaidou portion?

Jinbe doesn't need to come and help with Kaidou, if Luffy beats Kaidou with Law, he will have a diferent type leverage his bounty will be bigger, he will be stronger, Jinbe at that point can betray Big Mam a lot easier because he is joining a big shot that beat Kaidou.
This will also shut the last stupid arguments that, Jinbe is stronger then Luffy, has a higher bounty then the captain so can't join,etc because Luffy bounty will be updated by then.
So yeah someone else migth join before Jinbe if he goes to beat Kaidou first.

Big Mom after Kaido makes perfect sense… If they take out a Yonkou now they all have a huge rep... Will they take out the 2nd once aka Big Mom, at least monster trios strenght level should be easily above and their rep should be high neough (Sanji will be still behind bounty wiseas running gag for not being taking seriously by the marines)

Option C. The Tea Party is interrupted by the Kidd Alliance and havoc ensues while the Straw Hats meet her later. (I do have to imagine the Kidd Alliance will strike before Luffy is able to).
That said, it would be odd if Jinbe in his current get up wouldn't get to go to Wano (but I don't think that's the next destination since Momo was traveling away from Wano on some kind of quest) so that's my two cents.

I actually hope Oda drops the Chopper is a pet joke and Sanji handdrawn picture when their bounties get updated if Smoker/Tashigi somehow do blame them for it(because of what Usopp said) I am expecting a bounty update soon, I was expecting when they came back from the Timeskip anyway.

yes yes, i know. Thats why i said its unrealistic ;) It's just..I would be disappointed if Luffy beat every Yonkou and wrecks havoc in the new world while the other supernovas ( except for Law) accomplish almost nothing. At least Kid should have some noteable feats.

First, Big Mam's tea party will be coming soon. It is during this tea party that they will most likely open up the Tamatebako with explosives in it. At that point I'm sure that war with the Strawhats would be a number 1 priority.
Secondly, Big Mam has already been revealed. We might not see Kaido for a while.
Finally, the Supernova alliances are already underway. It will be the Kid,Hawkins, Apoo Alliance in addition with the Strawhat & Law alliance that will face BIg Mam.

I don't see Kinemon and Momo separating from each other, so I doubt either of them will permanently join. Maybe if something happens and one of them gets banished from Wano or something.

That could be when Jinbe joins for real, since Big Mam broke her part of the agreement first.

This is why i love OP and Oda sensei. There's no telling whats going to happen next. The pacing here is clearly a huge step up from part 1. We have Luffy and Law on the tail of Kaidou, but at the same time Luffy just declared war on Big Mom and Joker has a personal beef with Luffy and Law.
So what happens next and when does Jinbe join? I believe they will be side tracked for a bit. There will be an unforeseen obstacle around the corner. Just because of the pacing, I for one love it but it would seem rushed if they jump right into preliminary fights with Kaidou's henchmen. Not that I would mind, I wouldnt mind at all!
So new crewmate next arc and Jinbe joins after the Kaidou take-down?

If there is going to be another woman, I prefer her to be physically strong and not just reliant on ability or weapons. 2 of them are enough already, there's no need for more. The strawhats are known to have very unique crewmembers so a girl that's as strong or stronger than a man would be unique.

i would say around franky, i personally also hope a women would join but i hope she has a logia, SH need one with that and maybe a little haki so there are good opportunities for development :)

i personally don't like the idea of a logia because they don't allow for as much creativity as say a paremecia , as logia usually follow that intangible guide line (except of course the yami yami), i hope she/he is around franky's level too hopefully a she though, i can see however the 9th member being jewelry boney because 1. she shares the same hate for akainu as luffy 2. the same hate towards the blackbeards as luffy 3. she can obviously hold her own (probably around franky level aswell)

I'd probably say between Franky and Sanji. Maybe make her about the strength of the
Monster Trio to even it out. If anything the Monster Trio consists of Swordplay and Mixed Martial Arts.Of the crew so far:
Usopp is Long Range Combat
Nami, Franky, and Robin are mainly Mid-range Combat
And Chopper, Luffy, Zoro, Brook, and Sanji are all Close Range Combat.
Two of the above are Swordsmen, the remainder are Hand-to-Hand (Leg-to-Leg in Sanji's case)If a new girl is to join, I personally would like her to function as an alternate between the three. Some Usopp help is definitely appreciated.

I would say Zoro can also be grouped into mid range since he's got some flying attacks.

Lol, I see it the opposite way. I think Luffy is on a level above Zoro and Sanji.
They both seem to be at a Vice-Admiral/Low-Tier Shichibukai level, while Liffy is at High-Tier Shichibukai level.

Luffy, Zoro and Sanji are the only ones in the crew who are able to use Haki, so they're still a trio in a way even if they are at different levels of strength.

I think it's pointless saying how strong they are since they haven't really been pushed post TS so we can't see with any degree of accuracy how their strength relates to each other but I do agree with there still being a monster trio simply since they are the only Haki users in the crew.

Zoro's ahead of Sanji in power. Zoro's fought against and learned from Mihawk himself, straight up best swordsman in the world. Sanji learned new recipes and movement abilities mainly.
However, where Sanji lacks in fighting power he's more than made up for in intelligence. He's a forward thinker unlike Luffy and Zoro, who are straight up brawlers. Sanji was the one who foiled Crocodile's plans (Mr. Prince!), sabotaged Enel's warship and jammed the gates at Enies Lobby. You'd never see Luffy or Zoro think of doing anything like that. It's just a shame that Oda hasn't done much like that with Sanji lately. The closest thing was taking on Vergo (which sorta failed miserably).
