Uhm, I'm puzzled on why the Punk Hazard Checklist was closed. I assume it's because of the buggy second page?
I'm rather confused

I am not a mod and thus can't know for sure what was going through the mind of the person that closed the thread, but to me it would seem like the biggest reason for having the thread locked is that your cool checklist, for the most part, does not warrant a thread of its own. There are already two threads - the weekly chapter thread & New World Discussion - where members more or less actively discuss the current arc and all its ongoing action. The decision was made by someone not to have a separate thread for PH discussion, and with the constantly changing nature of the checklist format it is probably better to have it in the New World Discussion or alternatively posted in an updated state in each chapter thread when new relevant events take place.
You could PM a mod about it if it really bugs you, though. They can see when and by whom this-and-this thread was locked, and why. They're not entitled to reveal that information, however. Do keep that in mind.

Hrm. I understand. Though, at least when locking thread someone should post a reason why and not leave the thread owner in guessing games. :/

I didn't lock your thread, nor do I know who did (since I'm not a mod in the Manga Section) - but typically that isn't the sort of thing that deserves it's own thread. It's not a terrible idea for one, but Dryish's suggestion of the New World Discussion and weekly chapter threads are two threads that pretty much already cover that information and the discussion of it, so having another thread that basically serves as just a checklist that people are constantly posting in just to say "HEY YOU SHOULD ADD THIS" and whatnot instead of having any real meaningful discussion, isn't really worthwhile. Not to say it was a horrible idea - just trying to give you an idea of what whoever closed it might have been thinking.
Usually when a thread is closed a reason given, but if the mod doesn't give one, they may have thought the reason they're closing it is obvious. Sorry it wasn't for you in this case. If you feel really strongly about it, I would privately PM a global mod or sub-mod for the section you posted the thread in (found at the bottom of the section that has the thread titles) and ask them directly.

I think something like this deserves to be done on a full scale, like not just the arc, but the entire series. It's an admirable project though. But yeah, Dryish probably hits it on the nose. It kinda stops discussion a bit when you map it all out like that.

Was i the only one that thought he was coming out the closet or something with that title.

i like both boy and girl parts
hmmmmmmm what to do

The 'im rather confused thread', where participants have to come up with theories on whats causing the confusion. Just try and keep it clean. eg nothing involving uncles, priests or that creepy woody doll.

Oh, I'm fine with the locked thread. I completely understand. And yes, it wasn't obvious to me at first. :P
The most I want to happen is quoting the first post and getting the typed layout so I don't have to do it over again in one of the discussion threads. .-.

Well there's nothing stopping you from doing that now.

It does already exist something similiar, which isn`t used anymore..you may wanna pick it up and add your content there.

Yeah, mods seem to be so busy that they never have the time to shortly explain it with a closing post or at least PM the person why something gets closed..but in their favour some threads are so stuid or so often repeated that this seems like an unnecessary painful job to always answer.
But we also had that exact complain like a million times already^^ -
Usually a mod will leave a closing post when a thread is closed, Don. Atleast that's what I do and what I'm use to seeing here. To not do so isn't a regular thing, unless like I said before, the reason is super obvious, and even then it's usually still done.

The butler did it, with the candlestick, in the library.
