I love how much we "know" about Kaido after seeing one of his subordinates.

Prove your statement. At least the part that isn't pure speculation.
While I doubt the Bounties go up to 2 billion, it has been repeatedly said that Dragon is the World's Worst Criminal. Plus, he's a terrorist, not a pirate, which makes him an even greater threat. Dragon has the highest bounty in One Piece.

Revolutionary =/= Terrorist. It's that kind of mentality which strengthens the WG.

Aye, I know that, I was referring to the "2 million" thingy which is not mentioned anywhere…

Exactly. I'm speaking from WG and Bounty perspective, though. He's someone who actively engages in overthrowing the world government by "liberating" countries. That makes him a far larger threat than a pirate, whose main goal is usually simple personal gain. Thus, it's safe to say he has the highest bounty in the One Piece world.

Yeah, haven't they even referred to him as the "most wanted man in the world"? I'm betting he has the highest bounty.
Which makes it odd that the Revolutionaries are not considered a "great power" like the Shichibukai and the Yonkō. -
Here's my theory on Kaido: He's going to be a dwarf(they were on the list at Saboady) in a suit of armor, and as others have said his crew will be robot/cyborg themed.
-

I'm well aware it's nothing more than speculation. Speculation, which, I base on what we've seen of him and his crew.
1. A cyborg subordinate.
2. A giant, moving, mechnical city (that the cyborg subordinate was in and/or on).
Why I assume he's a sci-fi, science loving, technology-based Yonko (and crew).

I think Oda needs to give more Mythical Zoan devil fruits like marco that its like a logia that will be so cool to see another one

The reason the Revolutionaries aren't talked of as one of the great powers, if because their existence is fundamentally reactionary: they exist in opposition of the World Government and that is it. The 'great powers' have an independent existence that is in opposition to each other. There can be alliances amongst them (Marines and Shichibukai, for instance) but the Revolutionaries tend to act on their own accord. They are more of a political force than privateers and law-enforcers fighting on the high seas.
This has nothing to do with power levels. -

To be honest, I could see Kaido(u) being a dwarf. It would fit the seemingly technology-based, science-loving theme him and his crew have; explained a tiny bit earlier in the thread. And, if he was a dwarf, I could see him having a high tech suit of armor + a earth Logia Devil Fruit (w/ strong Haki).

Eh, Kuma knew about Luffy, Ivankov did not. I would say Kuma was the real right hand man.
Ivankov was in prison?
-
Ivankov was in prison?
Good point, but they had newspapers and info. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/538/10/
I stil think Iva was the right hand man though. Kuma may have learned the info from the government.

Ivankov was in impel down and Kuma was not which means Dragon was not talking to Ivankov and it would be stupid to tell Ivankov just in case the govt had a way to the info out of him when he was on the impel down mission!
-
Prison or not no one but a select few knew Dragon and Luffy's relation.
-
http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/552/2/
From this panel I think Iva knew already.
-
Regardless of how long it took Luffy to get from Loguetown to Sabaody, I'm sure the second Dragon "sent" him off @ Loguetown, he eventually mentioned their relation to Kuma, seeing how Kuma already knew of their relationship upon leaving Thriller Bark.
And, I'm willing to bet Ivankov was in Impel Down long before Luffy even started his adventure.

I think Ivankov was referencing the fact that Dragon wouldn't want his "other" son Ace to be executed, not knowing yet that Ace and Luffy were not blood-related. He only just found out about Luffy being Dragon's son, and only knew that Luffy was trying to save his "brother" from Impel Down. Ivankov knew nothing of Luffy, so he was only assuming Dragon might've had more than one son (until Luffy corrected him)…

Do you remember a point where Luffy told Iva dragon was his father before that? It's a bit hazy for me at the moment. But. if he hadn't that would show he already knew.

Yes it was in Impel Down where Luffy told Ivankov, and that was what prompted him to help Luffy escape.

LOL, how did you forget Ivankov's reaction? It was hilarious.

Ivankov is a leader of the Revolution. Which implies that he's probably something similar to a Division Commander, under Dragon. Remember when Dragon tells Ivankov that it's time to rally the various leaders? His reaction implied that this was something that rarely happened and was noteworthy.
-
It's unfair to judge Ivankov's strength based on two fights, those characters obviously he couldn't fight against since he didn't know Haki at the time. His offensive power against non-logia's is pretty powerful, he even blasted away the real Kuma when they fought at the war.

I don't think Aokiji would completely change the ideals he's upheld for the last… I'll guess thirty years of his life, just because a co-worker got the promotion he wanted. Granted, he started a fight and left because he didn't want to work under the guy, but it seems weird to assume that Aokiji would just be like, "Well... that's enough Justice for me. Time to join the army that's tearing down everything I fought to protect my whole life."
I find it more likely that he'll eventually stage a coup and try to remove corruption/excess from the Marines, leading to a civil war between the moderates and the extremists.

It's not just a promotion he wanted. It was absolute justice that Aokiji was trying to fight. I'm sure if a admiral that shared the same views and Aokiji was being put in Sengoku's place he would not have done anything. He knows the World Government is corrupt with Akainu in one of the top positions things are only going to get more violent. Aokiji wanted to change all this and saw it worth fighting for HIS perspective of justice. I think he will change his ideal, he's lost faith in the higher ups of the government hierarchy and he wants to bring those people down.

I'm betting that, during the final war, one of Luffy's allies will be a fairly large of marines gone rogue including Coby who will see Aokiji as his ideal.

Maybe Akainu will attack Helmeppo because he is anoying or something and then Coby will stop Akainu and try to fight him
-
How is Coby even a marine after what happened? Akainu is now the Fleet Admiral and all… Did he just forget? LOL.
-
probably, it's not like he cares about every piece of fodder, and once he backed off he might have decided it was a little rash. Not like he cares about every piece of fodder anyways.
