I thought the gag was really out of place here in the middle of a fairly serious fight, and it really made me want to punch Tsuna in the face practically every time a word left his mouth.
Katekyo Hitman REBORN! Discussion

I knew Tsuna was a dumba** but I didn't think he was that much of a dumba**.
-
I could have sworn that I read that Tsuna was supposed to have a good intuition or something…that this occurred during the future arc, but I really have no idea how to figure out if I just misread something. But I guess it doesn't matter. I can't see how Tsuna could redeem himself now.
-
Tsuna. You really need some character develpment buddy. Why haven't you grew as a character? It's been 370 chapters and after all the stuff you've seen, people you've meet, and places you've been you still act the same as you did in chapter 1. Sad.
On a lighter note, Reborn was awesome. He should have broken Iemitsu's watch himself.

Iemitsu had the advantage: TIME. All he had to do is protect his boss watch for 3 minutes.

Maybe Reborn figures it's possible to smooth things over between the two groups? With Byakuran's team out of the picture, they wouldn't have any allies left otherwise.
-
Meh. I figure he just didn't want to hand Tsuna a victory over his father. Especially if Tsuna was behaving this stupidly.
Tsuna: REBORN-SAN! Some mysterious guy dressed extactly like you defeated my father!
Reborn: …Yes. Mysterious man.
Everyone else: face palm. -
I skimmed the chap because I saw the opening page on MS… and got curious.
Tsuna is still the same old annoying twat he was before I quit this series. Gotta give it to the author for consistancy.
And with that, I leave.
I'll be back...
maybe...
or never.
Let's go with never. -

Nothing consistent about someone constantly bouncing from retarded and useless to smug and intelligent.
Isn't this also like the second lesson Reborn's taught? Some tutor.
-

We're talking shounen time. He could beat Iemitsu, explain why he did it, and still have two minutes left to pistol whip Tsuna until he got a clue.

Tsuna's dad is too big an ass to work with. Better to beat him and find a new ally.
One more team in going to lose this round. Team Verde won't do anything with Flan sick. That leaves Tsuna VS Iemitsu and Varia VS Hibari. If I had to pick between those four I'd say Team Colonnello is done.
-
Some home tutor Reborn is, Tsuna is still as retarded as ever. :<
At least it was a treat to see Reborn be all awesome, I'm actually hoping that Team Lal/Colonello loses because of Iemitsu.
-

Tsuna isn't retarded. he is didn't know what reborn really looked like. that's why he didn't make the connection. hence why he earn the title "no-good" tsuna.
-
Tsuna got that worse Shonen main character ever title still in the bag.
-
Tsuna got that worse Shonen main character ever title still in the bag.
Worse than Ichigo? Thank God I'm not going back to read the other ~350 chapters of this series.
-
Ok just came in here real fast to say: this week's chapter was so bomb.
-
Tsuna got that worse Shonen main character ever title still in the bag.
I think it's at least a tie now…They both fail as a shonen main for many, many, many reasons.
-
Silence should do another one of his famous REBORN! rants…. it was silence who did those right?
-
There's quite a few people with some epic rant abilities lol.

Chapter's out on Mangareader.
Looks like Yuni's prediction encompassed Varia or Hibari/Fon. I've been waiting for Fon's adult form, and most likely, we'll get to see Mammon's released form next chapter, too.
-
All I can say for this chapter… is WHY?
No seriously, WHY did Fon release his form?
-
So Reborn can be placed higher in the Jump table of contents?
-
All I can say for this chapter… is WHY?

Best guess is that he expected Mammon to release and Xanxus to actually get off his lazy ass and do something.
-

Fanservice. One of those teams is going to lose so they need to release their forms before they lose. If it's Varia, Mammom should release his form in the next couple of chapters.
-
Aww yeah released Fon opening a can of woop a**
Not a bad chapter
-
Fon in released form looks awesome and I love how irritated hibari looked at the end there
-
Fon shouldn't have bothered lifting the curse. Amano's just trying to have a give fanservice and a cliffhanger with an Arcobaleno lifting their curse each chapter. I think Fon's is the most untimely, though he looks badass with that pose.
-
My hope of seeing a Big Bad VS Big Bad fight is flying out the window. Maybe I'll get an Arcobaleno VS Arcobaleno instead. So….I guess those new super special rings the Varia have aren't so special after all.
I'm gonna go with Fon sensing Mamon transforming and/or Xanxus waking the hell up and not him transforming because he had nothing better to do.
-
Oh I understood the reason, I just didn't think Amano was that_filthy_, that right there. That was a Bleach stunt.
-
Chapter's out. I was right; Fon knew that Xanxus would wake up and join the fight. Fon's ability is pretty sweet; too bad it's overshadowed by Adult Mammon's entrance into the field. Fon doesn't have much time left, so I have a feeling that Varia is going to win this round, unfortunately. Mammon looks ready to kick some ass.
-
Viper should've been a girl, he really looks like one.
-
They use gender neutral pronouns when describing Viper, but they're usually translated as male.

I can't see Hibari losing unless he does something noble.
Wait… who beat Genkishi (that illusionist in the future) again? Was it Tsuna or Hibari? If it was Hibari, Mammon really has his work cut out for him.

It was Tsuna, then later Yamamoto. Hibari (both past and future) fought him, but both of their battles never fully concluded.
I'm really excited to see if Mammon has any other techniques, but my money's on Team Fon.
-
Fon is f**king awesome in his released form I want to see what else he has.
-
chapters out and I'm not a fan
-
Ah Dino to the rescue. I was expecting Hibari to put up more of a fight despite the illusions.
-
Why is Dino helping? Were they allied? I can't remember.
-

Dino is sharing the boss watch with Tsuna. I think his interference may disqualify Team Reborn, unfortunately, as he's not the active competitor this round.

Dino has a basic battler watch. I think you're confusing it with a few chapters ago when they said Dino was going to have a boss watch, but Reborn decided on Tsuna instead.

Fon looks too much like Hibari with a braid…

The general consensus is that Fon is Hibari's Grandfather, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

But he looks so young…

According to that dream Reborn had, they all became arcobaleno at the same time. And if they had been arcobaleno for too long, I think they would have done something by now. They're all people who hate losing so it's impossible for the mask guy to hide from them forever. That's probably why he showed up on his own and started this game.
True, but you still have to account for Yuni being Luce's granddaughter. That requires time for her daughter (Aria) to become an adult and have a child. And considering that Yuni is about 5 in present time (The Yuni in the current arc is from the future), then that means at least (reasonably) 25 years has passed for all that to happen.
-
Actually, apparently Fon was confirmed to be related to Hibari in some way during a Haru Haru Interview.
-
Chapter's out. http://www.mangareader.net/katekyo-hitman-reborn/374
And I really really don't like Hibari. I want Xanus to win T_T.
-
Hibari will win.
-
I don't really know why Xanxus is so strong. I mean, he DID lose to Tsuna. Way before a whole bunch of power-ups. Hibari's gotten a lot stronger since then, too.
But then again, Reborn power levels have always been kinda arbitrary, so whatever. Hibari will win, because Reborn wants it, and because Hibari is more popular than Xanxus.
-
Hibari is too Sasuke like for me to ever want him to win at anything. He's so boooring. "I'll bite you blah blah blah." "You herbivores." "I don't need anyone or anything! I beat up high school kids so I know I'm the strongest ever!"
-
Oh this series is still going? … Huh.
