My Mozilla is warning me from Arlong park… =/
Guys Be Careful!

^It's tough, but read the thread.

Can we just ban the next weenie that steps in saying "google/firefox said the internet is about to poop on my hardrive"?
-
Does it count if I say I had to factory reset my phone after trying to visit this site Thursday night when the browser suddenly crashed and I then got nothing but error messages that continuously froze my phone? Only after that did I get the same notice from every computer browser I tried to come here on.

Yes….yes it does.
Now go sit in the hall of shame with your broken phone.

I used the forums contact thing to inform the admins which users signature was causing the issue and yet nothing was done about it, no firefox is blocking the site. yay for being proactive guys.
-
Apparently there's no difference between pointing out potential problems to help due to actually having a problem caused and just pointing out the repeated message that we're supposed to ignore.
-
The user with the problematic/malicious sig is ntk.
Maybe one of the admins will see it here if they don't check emails.
-
Mods, couldn't we post another message on the main/news page to make sure at least some of those people stop reporting it. They mean it well and really, a thread just titled "Guys be carefull" might not immediately come to their atention.

No, the problem came in an infected script in the site code, which has been addressed. It's also the very thing google reported as being the problem.

I have no idea what you're talking about. All I see is an image.
-
That image has been setting off NOD32 and AVG on both of my laptops across multiple locations.
-
I took that image out of the user's sig, on the chance that the site hosting it was the problem, but it did seem to just be an image, it wasn't a link or anything.
Still giving you trouble sabertoothe?
-
Yup all working fine now, no huge red balloons popping up as though the world is about to end.
-
If your using firefox, go to Tools>options>Security> and untick "Block reported attack sites"". Might harm your computer if you try going to a another reported attack site that isn't APforums though, (it will not warn you). So whatever the problem is, it''s fixed?
This worked for me!
