We are looking for blog and news writers for two sites we will be launching in the next two months. In an effort to keep everyone on a level playing field we will be asking for writing sample submissions for all those who want to write on either website. For those interested, simply follow the instructions below and email your writing sample, email address, full name, former writing experience, and any further contact information to OnePiecePodcast@gmail.com
One Piece Campaigns
We will be relaunching the One Piece Campaign site as a full-on One Piece blog. We are looking for skilled writers to write up about One Piece news stories, interest pieces, and campaign events for the website. If you are interested please submit a writing sample of less than 350 words. The subject of this sample is a recent One Piece news item of your choice.
Watch One Piece Legally
Funkatron will be relaunching Watch One Piece Legally, a site which will include legal streaming episodes of One Piece, special catch-up guides, articles on how to avoid bootlegs and illegal websites, and more. We are looking for one or several people to review and/or write up blog posts on the latest simulcast episodes, DVD sets, and have some minor experience in posting images on WordPress or minor HTML experience. If you are interested please submit a writing sample of less than 350 words. The subject of this sample can be a One Piece simulcast episode review or a DVD set review.
These are not paid positions. These positions are not guaranteed to open within the next two months, and will be reliant on the progression of building the websites themselves. You will be notified only if you have been accepted and once you notify us of your willingness to enter into said bargain we will announce your membership onto the website. Being accepted as a member of a network website will in no way guarantee you a position on The One Piece Podcast, or act as an offer to become part of the podcast.
Any additional questions may be posted below.

UPDATE: Answers to some questions:
If it's just the basics we need to know, a simple google search can help with that.
For example: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
Zach, if applicants need to know more than that, please post to clear up any confusion I had.
Probably around that much, also image and URL scripts:

If you're at all familiar with WordPress, that could also work fine. The amount of HTML needed is trivial and is not the emphasis necessary in the application. We're really looking for intelligent writers who have a strong interest in One Piece.
It's also fine if you want to withdraw applications. I'm going to be sitting down and reading through them today, so if you want to submit them today that'd be fine. There's no specific deadline as there's no cap on people we'll be accepting. We'll email you if you get a position. If you want to be on the initial launch, I'd suggest to get the samples in by the end of the year.
