Yes. Arlong's gun was changed into a finger and he said he was going to put her in his dungeon. It was meant for us to asume she died of starvation because they didn't bother to feed her. The funny thing is, half the time they forgot to turn her grave into a non-cross shaped grave. XD

Nope. Being shot in the head is forbidden on all daytime T.V. Especially with such intence drama. And the latest episode proves that they certainly could have done that if it weren't so dramatic.

Yeah, I think I noticed the part about where she was shot. And of course it's stupid, but it's neccisary. That's 1 of countless reasons 4Sprogs should've investigated this way more before so much as concidering to dub this masterpiece. The only good that came out of it is that people such as myself found out of OP's existance. But that is greatly outweighed by the bad that has come from it, such as such horridous reputation.

they could have Shown Bellemerre (I can't spell her name for shit) being shot, however, they could have just had the gun aiming at her, screen flashes with a gun shot, and we see every one's reactions…
In JLU (Justice League Unlimited) They showed how Flash died in an alternate reality, a gun was aimed at his head and he was shot... even though the result was not shown, it's still obvious that he was killed.

Well that was in a Saturday Night timeslot. The Saturday Morning timeslot is almost violence-free. A scene where someone is shot with a real gun, even if there is no blood, isn't allowed that early. But you can show some violence around the Night timeslot because the shows that air at that time are too late for the young kids who watch the Mornings timeslot cartoons. Although, that doesn't explain why One Piece also airs on CN at 10:00 PM.

I liked the 4kids dub… to an extent...
I felt embarrassed when I heard the intro and despised the puns, but I didn't mind the smoke, gun, blood, and alcohol edits... (I actually liked Smoker in the dub...)
If it wasn't for 4kids, I wouldn't like One Piece, because I wouldn't even knew it existed. XD

4KIDS is going to have the dub for a long time whether we like it or not... we can just PRAY that they drop it after a few years... DBZ was Redubbed after awhile, and One Piece will have to wait it's turn...
Until then, let's just watch the subs and make fun of 4KIDS and Al Kahn behind their backs... I hate to admit it, but our efforts to try to save One Piece are not of any use... unless you were rich enough to buy the rights of One Piece for Funimation... or try to make an event out of it at a few anime cons... but that's it
