I don't remember if the -manga- had anything on Mr. 1's bounty. I do remember the -anime- saying that Das Bones had a bounty of 51 million berries, though. However, that is the anime, so if Oda didn't include it in the manga, I suppose it doesn't hold much water.
I am thinking most, if not all, of the Strawhat Pirates should get some sort of bounty after this arc. It's not everyday that Enies Lobby gets charged head on -successfully-. For those that do get bounties, it should be pretty high. Breaking into Enies Lobby seems like a pretty serious offense, and to have ALL of the Strawhat Pirates escape safe and sound seems like a pretty big slap in the face to the world government to me. I wouldn't be surprised to see someone like Nami, or any other unbountied Strawhat, have a bounty of at least 50 million after this, especially if they face off 1v1 against a CP9 member. I mean, they have made a HUGE offense. I can't predict what Luffy, as the leader of the Strawhat Pirates, will have as a bounty after this. Come to think of it, the Franky Family should get bounties, too, if the world government knows who they are.
Additionally, for my two cents on bounties, I agree a lot with what gunmetal mentioned. It's me opinion that bounties is more about what the world government wants, than an actual power indicator. Urgency is also an issue that effects bounties. Crocodile's potential and, accordingly, his recruitment as a Shichibukai member could have been realized much earlier than Doflamingo's, Kuma's, or anyone else, explaining why his former bounty is much less than other Shichibukai members who might have got the chance to wreck havok a little longer on the open sea.
So in this respect, you don't necesarily need to be powerful or strong to hav e a high bounty. That said, I would place a higher bounty on a dangerous, but relatively weak, pirate that I couldn't find rather than a dangerous strong pirate who just stands out in the open and charges head on into trouble. For the latter, it is just a matter of time (unless it is Luffy). You may have to even make a Buster Call, but eventually the musclehead would go down.
The former would prove more troublesome, though, because, even though they are easy to catch. One would have absolutely no idea where to even start looking because they have cleverly eluded all searching. That, in my opinion, is the more dangerous and urgent threat and therefore deserves the higher bounty.
