I wanna fuckin see Kaidou !
Chapter 592: "Yell" Discussion
-
I wanna fuckin see Kaidou !
-
The same marines that treat every pirate as blood drinking evil entities. What kind of argument is that?
cotton candy chopper
-
lol, Aohige's trans is way better than the scanlation, I think he captured most if not all of the original context
either way, thanks for both!
can't wait to get more FYI on Vegapunk's current status/whereabouts
wonder if Franky can surpass his genius-ness -
I am sure next chapter we will see either Kaidou or Dragon or Sabo.
-
F!XED
I am hoping next chapter we will see either Kaidou or Dragon or Sabo.
F!xed.
Although this would be very nice, I don't see why you would be sure this would happen. You have no basis for Kaidou. Dragon and Sabo? Maybe. We ARE expecting to see Robin next chapter…but I will say that I hope you are right my friend!
-
I am quite sure we'll see Sanji next chapter.
-
I am quite sure we'll see Sanji next chapter.
Or we will see an entire new character who is just named Sanji but is completely different^^ :ninja:

I don't know why people are "disappointed" with Zoro and Mihawk. Reading it again, Mihawk's phrases states that both of they meet in the island before.
Mihawk: It's been a while since you left the castle… you are still here?
Looks like the boat I gave you is useless now…So they meet eachother before.
Mihawk gave Zoro a boat, why? Because Zoro wants to go to find Luffy.
They meet again and it's not weird. Zoro yells on Mihawk, like any good rival that's inferior to the other must do. Zoro doesn't attack Mihawk aswell, because he's fighting baboons!Zoro: Shut up!
Mihawk: It's already sunset.
Come to my castle. These baboons won't come near my castle.
Zoro: Don't you order me, you have no right!!
I'm going out to the sea!! Right now!!It's not like Mihawk would be rude with Zoro. Zoro and Perona are in "his" island, but yet he let them stay there.
Translations-credits: Aohige_APMany things I said here maybe have been said before.
So there should not be "raging" about it, but "raging" about what Oda did: not showing the meeting of them. That's my opinion.
(by doing this post, this person is aware that himself is diving into a discussion) -
Will Zoro heal someday ? When was the last time he was fully recovered ? :-?
-
Will Zoro heal someday ? When was the last time he was fully recovered ? :-?
He took a lot of damage.
But he will probably be okay by the end of the obvious timeskip, maybe some scars -
Would be cool if the timeskip was 150 years long, and Oda just ends up rebooting the series with an entire set of new protagonists and antagonists.
-
@I:
OK interesting question, to me at least. What happens to Brook if he has seastone cuffs on? It may be he won't have to "pretend" too hard in order to look like an inanimate skeleton, eh?
We've already seen him fall in the ocean and he was still alive. Just like Chopper doesn't turn back into a normal reindeer.
-
whats up you playboys…
i would fuck one piece if i could. i just love it
of all the mangas i started reading 9 years ago one piece is the only one i still love. its just the way oda creates a story thats not like all the other mangas...
could be a bit mor serious though( head chopping, raping nami and shit)
well the chapter was good, but i'm a bit spoiled with big names and wars now. got to arrange to the new storyline first
-
Nami was once again at the sky island = in the anime she ad the old geezer already went down
Yes, and after she went down, she told him that she wanted to go up again to do a bit more research, or something like that.
-

So they meet eachother before.
That would have been far more interesting if Oda showed their encounter. what this chapter shows us was far from the epicness I imagined when I thought about Mihawk and Zoro's next meeting.
I am sure next chapter we will see either Kaidou or Dragon or Sabo.
Why Kaidou?? what does he has to do with Sanji or Robin?
-
i would fuck one piece if i could. i just love it
Da Fuck? What the hell is wrong with you?
-
could be a bit mor serious though( head chopping, raping nami and shit)
exactly what this series needs
rape, decapitation and fecesmore like exactly what EVERY series needs
-
I think there must be a good reason why he's saving Robin's sidestory for the next chapter. The Revolutionaries has finally made their entrance into the story :)
-
Sanji too is on a island linked to revolutionnaries.
Do you think Kuma got converted on this island ? :-D -
I think there must be a good reason why he's saving Robin's sidestory for the next chapter. The Revolutionaries has finally made their entrance into the story :)
I think it'd be funny if Oda just didn't show us what Robin's been up to in the revolutionary army. The crew'll get back together without her as if nothing happened.
Then that way, most of the Water 7 and CP9 arcs get big plotholes.
Instead, they were saving… um, Garp.
And the plot(holes) thicken...
(And of course, this isn't meant to be taken seriously.)

While it's great to see the Strawhats again, what I really miss is
their interaction. But… I wouldn't trade the awesomeness
Oda is setting up for a rushed reunion. Looks like they won't
all be together for a little while still, but Luffy is surely doing
something very interesting with Rayleigh.I can't wait to see how Franky's story turns out. Apparently the
marines are on their way, I'm guessing that's how he'll get back.
Hopefully he'll transform himself into permanent "Centaur" mode. -
I vaguely recall someone here saying Zoro and Perona were on Mihawk's island but it still surprised me. That's awesome, Zoro was transported to his enemy's house and yet he's still not strong enough to fight him. And Mihawk isn't fighting either, he's treating Zoro like a guest .
Franky's story is cool, too. He blew up Vegapunk's past workshop and apparently got caught in the explosion. Wonder what's going to happen next.
-
Franky is love. thumbs up
I really appreciated Nami's comments about how Luffy has always been there for his crew. It immediately made me think of the events on Arlong Park. I hadn't really thought of this arc like that before, in relation to the crewmates' tragic pasts. It just really brings home how much they all owe him.
-
Perverts are always pushing people's buttons.

Brooke will be fine guys.

When I saw Nami crying I remembered of Arlong Arc aswell. Oda must had planned this all along.:silly:

Its supposed to be last chapter before the timeskip. So he seems like the new big force ! to be shown before the new beggining.
BRING US KAIDO ODA ! -

Yeah, can't find the post but I am one of them. I just thought the feel and design of the island fitted with mihawk. I did think he would meet Mihawk's sensei there because Mihawk was at the war so this was unexpected. I am really surprised though because this is the first time I was right about any prediction ever. I really suck at those.
Oda's so damn unpredictable :ninja:new prediction:
Franky blows up the lab deliberately but gets caught in the blast and misses some body parts and uses some strange stuff that Vegapunk made as a kid to reassemble himself. This would be Franky's upgrade. He would suddenly have weapons humans wouldn't be able to make in 2-300 years. Also, that heating mountain has to come up again. It wasn't shown to us for nothing. Perhaps Franky finds a way to make it work but that would be somewhat farfetched seeing Vegapunk himself couldn't finish it with the resources on the island. -
i want a time skip for only one reason.
a time skip would most likely be then all the crewmates finally back together, so instead of taking say 10 chapters to reunite we get them all back next chapter.
-
And also, Blackbeard will be an Younkou by the end of it
-
I actually think that they talking nonchalantly showing their respect for each other was very impactful.
-
The obvious paint writing on top of the picture just adds to it LOL

I had some thoughts about Nami–not sure I am 100% behind this idea, but thought I'd throw this out there to answer Brennen and others and ask what you think:
For Nami, stealing has been the one means by which she can aid her loved ones ever since Bellemere died. It may be a bit out of character for her to steal from "good guys," but her emotional attachment and dependance to Luffy has been shown time and again, and she'd just read about his desparate situation. Remember, We as readers know he's on the road to recovery–she does not. She is frantic to help–so she uses the one means that has always served her so well--the one thing she could always depend on before there was Luffy. Why not just ask? Maybe she's heard them talking about the sacredness of the technology and how it should never leave there before now--she's been there for some time--she could have heard that sort of thing before---and she knows they'd never agree. Further, she wanted more than just to leave--she wanted the means to be stronger and more helpful to Luffy and the others when she gets back. She's been expressing increasing frustration over her own weakness for some time--Luffy's current situation just highlighted in her mind even more the need for her to get stronger. I can see her making the choice to steal what appeared to be one small weather ball from a field full of them under these circumstances..

So… She's a kleptomaniac bitch?
-
Well, No, actually. I thought we were trying to understand how this would fit her personality as it has been written so far–as in what would motivate her to act so out of character. Plus, it sort of brings up the whole issue raised earlier with Vegapunk, and for that matter, the Void century as well. Does helpful knowledge, and in this case technology, and the decisions about what to do with it, only belong to the Gov't? Do these guys work for the Gov't? Why is their technology not being shared more? There's even a link to the whole idea of helpful technology being not shared/developed in that Vegapunk wanted to help his homecountry in terms of their weather with his warming machine, but was taken to create Kumabots instead. Are these scientists fearful of the same sort of thing happening to them? (I.E. The Gov't's priorities do not include using technology and brilliant scientists to help the people of the OP world. So Are these guys fearful of their tech leaving the island because they are in hiding?)
Anyway, to get back to Nami, I can see her feeling she was "liberating" tech that belongs to everyone by rights...
I'm betting there will be more info on Nami's story that puts her behavior more into perspective in future chapters.
-
did i do that?
funny franky moment indeed.

She is clearly not stealing from anyone's livelhood. She is taking stuff that is a national secret, but nothing that they do not have a ton of it seems.

Franky makes the vent work…WITH COLA!
-
It was time the first mate had some interaction with a shichibukai ! And looks like Mihawk won't be the final opponent for Zoro…
-
What? And How So?
It was time the first mate had some interaction with a shichibukai !
I think you forgot that Zoro faced Kuma at Thriller Bark….and Shabondy (briefly along with all the other SH) so technically he already had interactions with a Shichibukai before this chapter.
And looks like Mihawk won't be the final opponent for Zoro…
What makes you say that?
I realize alot of people are feeling uneasy that Zoro and Mihawk are so casual in this chapter. I find it amazing.
Mihawk spared Zoro's life when they first met in hopes of Zoro returning much stronger, Mihawk seemed to want Zoro to develop and surpass him because of the honor and will (or something) he saw in Zoro.
I think it went without saying when they met on this island that Zoro was still far from ready…Zoro knew it and Mihawk knew it. Mihawk doesn't seem like the type of ruthless villain who shows no honor or respect to his opponents...as a matter of a fact Mihawk looks like a Shichibukai that would turn ally to the SH rather easily....he's not a bad guy....just bad ass.

I'm betting there will be more info on Nami's story that puts her behavior more into perspective in future chapters.
Don't forget, that Nami isn't the only "Thief" of the group. Robin seems to have no qualms about stealing things from people; for example, she stole the Eternal Pose to Jaya from Masira. The difference is that while Robin does it out of necessity or practicality, Nami's thievery is more part of her nature. Remember when just before she left Cocoyashi, she stole everyone's wallets as a gag? It's who she is. Plus, being the second-smartest (Franky's a good Engineer, but a bit of an idiot) person on the crew, it's natural she would have a curiosity about such things like the Weather Technology. Her behavior isn't unusual in the least, at least to me.
-
When will Gaara shit the fuck up with Kaidou…
on topic^^
I really want to know if the marines will find out that Franky was the one blowing it up... Maybe his bounty will rise.
But on the other hand I can't see anyone of the other SHs getting a new bounty^^
Next chapter after Sanji and Robin should switch to Luffy once again or to the marines, like showing us Garp still being pissed about Akainu or whatever. Ot the Gorosei about deciding to nominate the next Shichibukai's or whatever^^
Interesting would be if we would see BB and his crew showing something where they are heading on.

Brooke will be fine guys.

@JERK:
I'm saying there is no ambiguity about someone being killed with sharp wires. Explosions are the ultimate ambiguity.
Explain to me how people could not know for sure whether Moria was dead or not after Donflamingo got done with him.
you really haven't listened to a word I've said
-
-
Same Old Crap But A Different Toilet
you really haven't listened to a word I've said
The only arguments you have as to Moria being alive is the retarded "No body no death" concept that's been floating around for ages.
Cmon seriously?
I am not saying Moria is definitely alive or dead but I support with only facts and any speculation or personal opinions I have, I try to make known.
You keep saying that Oda will find a way to bring Moria's "dead" character back but if you paid attention to any of the SBS' you would know that Oda said himself that there is No reason to kill a character if your just going to bring them back later…for that DON'T KILL THEM.
With that being said, Sabo immediately comes to mind for defense. Remember that not only was Sabo's death ridiculously and obviously ambiguous but Oda gave us even more "confirmation" (in a sense) in the next chapter with the whole Dragon bringing in a wounded body.
The chapter that shows the whole Dofla and The Kumabots vs Moria, you see Moria getting his ass handed to him and the last panel we see him in, he's all bloody and screwed. That was indeed slightly ambiguous because we did not see the "final blow" or a dead Moria but he was damn close.
Then we get this article confirming his death but lying about how he died. Mihawk says the article lacks credibility because of how it reports his cause of death, which we all know was a lie and we also were told this was what the story was going to be revolving around his death. The key point is that this is all a product of his death, not incarceration or anything else.
Again, I am not saying that there isn't a possibility of him being alive somehow, I am just pointing out how Oda revealed such info regarding Moria that it would make the common sensed man lean more toward dead than alive. Then again, Oda is the mind f*ck king.
I highly doubt Dofla lacks the skill and experience to follow through with an order from those higher than even Sengoku…on top of that the WG sent Kumabots, robots with no feelings, no conscious, and made to follow, execute, and complete orders...and there were more than one.
All of those opponents vs Moria AND we have panel showing Moria getting owned? Do you really think he would have survived based on that alone? He would have either had someone save him, negotiate somehow with Dofla (Dofla could probably take out the Kumabots rather easily), or some other left field event happen to stop himself from being killed....and yet the newspaper still reported his death.
In my opinion, there is too much preventing him from being alive rather than preventing him from being dead.
-
Even I won'r say he is alive or not…
Just saying he is for sure alive cuz Oda wouldn't kill of an character and that we hadn't a corpse...
Think about Bellamy. Similar scene... but no one is talking that he is still alive.
-
When will Gaara shit the fuck up with Kaidou…
Kaidou rulez
KAIDOU KAIDOU KAIDOU KAIDOU KAIDOU !
He will be stronger than Mihawk and Shanks combined and his character will be almost as badass as Crocodile's. -
That's because Bellamy's a nobody and yet on occasion you'll see people doubt that Bellamy's dead. I remember when Chalros was riding a human slave, people were theorizing that the slave was Bellamy. Which wasn't a bad idea since Doflamingo was connected to the slave business.
Doflamingo seems like the guy who can get things done. He wanted Bellamy dead? Done. He was ordered to kill Moria? Done.
-
Moria had doppleman, so in theory, he should be able to teleport away from a fight at any time. And also, an invisible man to aid him. He could have escaped, and with Oda, no body=no death. Even super racist no possible redemption Arlong isn't dead, but it took 10 years to confirm that. For all intents and story purposes though, given that the story was put forth publically, and in this case would be firsthand witnesses doing the deed personally, (Unlike with Sabo where the best witness was seeing an explosion through binoculars) we can assume he's done.
But. Oda is Oda, so don't be surprised if he shows up again later. there's still interesting things he could do with an alliance shift.
He might also be chilling in Impel Down with Bon Kurei.
Or. Next cover story: Perona's Quest to Find Moria!
