@Sammsy:
yea who knows. i mean sure their dreams woudl get fulfilled by luffy in the long run. but they ahve no means of knowing that. luffy's goal is not to set out and destroy wg/nobles/slavery.
thats why i have a hard time believing that jimbei would tag along. i feel he would do stuff on his own.
hancock though it seems now that her ultimate dream above all else is to just be with luffy.
Hancock has no dream like that which would allow her to join.
First thing to understand is that "dreams" were supplied, or "existent" before the character had ever even met SH Luffy… Which means that unless Hancock holds a dormant dream of hers, inside, she's not joining with the one you supplied.
Second, each dream is related to an "adventurous" theme. Which, "having the man that-- well you know..." isn't following that theme, makes her an incomplete and pointless character.
With the "facts" given, the only acceptable dream would have been at the moment of Hancock's "desire" to have become a Kuja in the first place. She said something in Strong World, and if that quote can in fact translate a "dream" of hers, then that would be the most viable dream she had.
Of course, my bet is that Hancock's dream is a nationalistic one, and that wouldn't be hinting for her to join. It would be hinting that she'd be a ruler for her island... Like Vivi.
Nonetheless, Hancock has NO dream as of this moment, so I cannot criticize her character yet. I can imply a dream for her, and that dream would obviously be 100% against the flow of SH crew members...
Jinbei's "dream" potential is far better than Hancock's crap that many provide... With Jinbei's aspiration, even the weak ones like he wants to fit through doors, he can actually join...

edit: and AGOG it was basically they were waiting for you 3 page responce and glorious happiness over moria dying cause it means perona will join. its just people hoping to troll you and bash you. just like when spoilers came out everyone was waiting for beka-whatever and other moria fans to read spoilers and see what they wodul say.
Well, I said this a long time ago… It doesn't matter what happens in this war, never did. In order for Perona to join, the arc of the future where she + Zoro meet up with the SH crew is the only one that matters... This arc is just an eyesore for me.
Moria dying never mattered... As long as you can account that her character has no "idea" of that character's existence anymore, or no desire of returning, then you can claim he didn't matter. Now if he dies, it's just physical proof that the idea concerning Perona's chances of not going back to Moria was correct…
@Urouge:
Yes, yes, I know. You're right and everyone else is wrong, including Oda. Whatever helps you sleep at night.
But really… Do tell, please do tell.
