@Ryuksgelus:
I highly doubt any of this. Teach already said he thinks Bellamy's(Donflammingo's) views are complete bullshit. Them laughing at the table seemingly together was like an inside joke for us readers. Both extremely excited for the upcoming war for completely different reasons.
Bellamy and Doflamingo's views aren't the same. That's the reason that Doflamingo killed Bellamy. He basically told Bellamy that he had misinterpreted his ideals, and wasn't fit to be part of his crew. But yes, while Teach still believes in pursuing one's dreams, Doflamingo condemns dreams and takes concrete fact and brute strength as the only real truth.
My point was, though, that despite their different beliefs, they still share key behavior points that could essentially make them work together. They both share an interest in this war, they both consider strength to be an important factor, and they both have ulterior motives related to the WG. They're going about it different ways, but they're both essentially trying to initiate some master plan and create a new era.
Lastly, someone had to let Doflamingo know of Bellamy's actions at Mocktown and his defeat at the hands of a rookie pirate. All things considered, Teach is the most likely candidate. Despite their contrast of beliefs, their end goal is the same. To that end, working together on a basic level to help each other advance wouldn't hurt either of them and would actually be advantageous in the long run.
No doubt Teach wouldn't mind stomping Don's face just like he did Hannybal if he ever hears a future speach. And I doubt we'll find them in a situation where Teach pretends to be his buddy just to screw him over later because obviously Don not stupid enough to fall for it. Not to mention its clique.
It's a little cliche, yes, but it's a means to an ends. Teach obviously has a plan and so does Doflamingo. Them using each other wouldn't bother me in the least.
Where are you getting same on subconscious when its their outward behavior that is similar? Person who Teach shares traits with on a subsconscious level is Luffy.
Like Luffy, they both have a desire to be on top of the era by means of strength. Teach wants to be Pirate King, Doflamingo wants to lead an era of fear and barbaric rule. Their ulterior motives are different, but the underlying principle is the same. All three want to be on top.
