@robbybevard:
Danzo is Madara, which is a "reveal surprise" thats still being held back. Naruto still has at least 2 BS powerups to unleash. Itachi's thing and Jiraiya's key. Also, Naruto will now be stronger than any other character present due to his sage mode. Even though they're elite body guards and kages, when the big fight comes, Naruto will handle it himself, because they would just get in the way. Upon being a total badass, Naruto will earn all of their respect. At the end of it all,Madara/Danzo dies from a suicide attack of his own doing, (it may take a while to get there since hes the main big bad apparenty) rather than actually being killed by the heroes.
Naruto impresses all the kages with his sage mode once the badguys attack the group, and Naruto manages to get Sasuke's execuction order overturned with his determination and strength of conviction, while also turning Sasuke back over to the goodguy side with a power of friendship speech and a "believe it" or two. And extremely likely Naruto will have the 9 tails removed from him, and be brought near death as a result, only to be saved by a dues ex machina healing jutsu that costs someone else their life. Kabutomaru will show up randomly to surprise us all, and be easily dispatched. the girl kage who has her hair in the way of her eye will be revealed to have some variation of magic eyeball beneath it. The moon has a giant monster inside of it or is a massive superweapon of some sort.
Also, Naruto will never confront Hinata about the fact that she said she loved him. Ever. Because he's obviously supposed to end up with Sakura for no particuar reason and emotional honesty is impossible for this author.
Jiraiya is still alive, to reappear at the end for a happy ending, since we never saw a body, he's just off recovering on an island somewhere, waiting for this conflict to resolve. (Its also possible he could show up last second out of nowhere and then sacrifice himself to save everyone, or something.) He will be heavily cloaked and mysterious when he reappears, even though it will be blatantly obvious that it is him.
Rock Lee, for all his potential and sheer awesome, will continue to be useless.
We know pretty much what Naruto, Danzo and Sasuke are going to do, and in another 3 chapters its entirely possible we'll never see or hear from these other kages again.
The only reason theres any unpredictablity is because all of these characters are new and so we have no idea what their motivations or abilities are and which ones will be sheer fodder.
But the same could be said about any manga series in its first chapter.
Good job making up spaculation Captain fag.
@Fire Fist:
! Some pictures are out and Yondaime Mizukage seems to be the original host of him, Yagura, not Tobi/Madara.
! >! [qimg]http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/naruto/images/9/93/3tails.jpg[/qimg]
! Which means that Madara was one of the earlier Mizukage.
whaaa good find
@maxterdexter:
Watching the Genin test again, it is pathetic the way that orochimaru died after the whole buildup
I agree he deserved a way better deayh.
@robbybevard:
You mean Sasuke going "Lulz, sharingan, I have your mind now" or Itachi going "lulz, fireball, you arent being reborn" or Kabuto going "Lulz, I have half your face?"
calm down
@robbybevard:
As an afterthought Hinata will be shown dating Kiba or Shino in one panel at the end of the series, followed by a one panel flashback where Kiba admits he's loved her for years or something. Just to you know, provide some vauge sense of resolution without actually explaining or doing anything and pretending buildup and payoff happened.
Much like Naruto and Sasuke developing a deep emotional bond with many adventures and missions off camera until they started mentioning stuff that never happened in flashback.
Or much like Naruto becoming beloved by the village off camera until they started mentioning stuff that never happened in flashback.
Kishi has no sense of gradual incorporation of story elements. He just says stuff happened, then has a one panel flashback and pretends stuff that should have been a core focus of the story was happening in the background all along, even though it wasn't.
Your fuking dumb they don't have to mention crap in flashbacks thats why they are flashbacks. WTH are you talking about?? Sasuke/Naruto bonding has been a core focus since day 1.
@Darkstorm:
It still amuses me how Akatsuki basically broke apart like a rotten watermelon, but did it at such a slow pace that it just gradually became less and less of a threat as the members dropped like flies, with the stronger members fighting one on one and not even really caring about the organisation itself. They should have called themselves rentamuppet. All the big villains have arisen from it, and yet when it comes down to it fight on their own. Good show, Kishi.
??? They worked in teams actually. Kisame and Itachi fought together and so does Hidan/Kakazu. I don't know wtf your talking about.
@robbybevard:
Don't forget that for the most part, these world class village destroying uber baddies, have each and every one… been beaten by 15 year olds. (Not to mention Orochimaru's elite guard was beaten up by 12 year olds.) Sure thats a shonen tradition, but somehow... it feels better when Goku and Luffy kick the ass of a superior adult opponent. Here it just feels like... overconfidence on the badguys part every time.
Yea and Luffy/Goku bad guys are never overconfident. Yea Vegeta/Frieza actully thought Goku could beat them GTFO
