I heard than Kenishi Sonoda had begin to work on a sequal to Gunsmith Cats called "Gunsmith Cats Burst", I wondered if there lots of peoples who enjoyed the manga as well as the OAV? And how's the chances to see a translated version of GSC Burst by Dark Horse comics?

the anime and the manga were both excellent
that is easily one of the best mangas ive read and one of the best animes ive seen
the scene with the house being booby trapped classic, all those grenades fall from the sky XD -
enjoyed the manga somewhat
especially loved the care and detail he put into all the guns and cars - you can tell he loves that stuff -
There was once a "Making of…" documentary on german TV that resolved around Kenichi Sonoda's inspiration for Gunsmith Cats. It was unbelivable how much effort Sonoda puts for all the details in the manga: the cars, the weapons, the streets... It was also shown that for the making of the anime, Sonoda and the production staff travelled to Chicago to take pictures of the streets and to gather info at the CPD for guns and criminals. They really gave their best in the making of the OVA. I hope that they'll turn it into a TV series once.
And btw, I watched the OVA and it was great. -
I've seen it. The anime. But I've only seen like 6 episodes or so…if that's all there is of the anime. But yeah it rocked.
