The aging of people in Soul Society is very slow. So slow that you wouldn't notice any difference among these guys: Yama, urahara, the Vizard, Unohana, shunsui, ukitake, Aizen, Tousen, in a century.
As for the other characters you mentioned I don't see any conflict. Gin and Byakuya are of the same age in TBTP, about 15-looking, and they are now late 20's looking guys. Hisagi and Nanao are about 7 and 12 looking guys in TBTP, and they are now early 20's looking guys. Rukia and Renji might haven't been born yet in TBTP, and now they are about 15-looking guys, just like Ichigo's age. I don't see any younger person who seems to have aged more than an older one.
What are you talking about? We ONLY see the youngsters aging with all the aforementioned characters not changing one iota.
From those facts alone, it follows that the young ones age more than the older ones. Let's say Buykuya went from around 15 to about thirty - it seems to fit with all the other kids too. Then I don't care if "aging is more obvious on the young", a 15 year gap should be apparanton the adult characters as well.
I mean come on, what age would you shoot someone like Soifon or hiyori at? Not that different from byakuya I'd expect. Do they age 15 years? nope.
And Shunsui talks to a less-than ten years old nanao in TBTP, then hits on her a century later once she's become a clone of his former VC - but he himself is the same. It's kinda creepy.
And then theres someone like Yachiru, who was with Kenny even before TBTP, before he was a captain.
And we saw that Ikkaku and yumichika met Kenny before his captain days.
But they look younger than byakuya now.
It makes noooooo sense.

As for the Ice clone bleeding blood you're saying, I wonder why should people complain there's blood coming out of the clone when in fact the clone itself has other biological stuffs present in it (hair, flesh, eyes, etc.). If you're saying that the clone should remain something like a rigid body (like a rock) in a way that preserves the natural properties of the ice, then I guess that will not be a good clone. The enemy, especially against someone with a good eye, will quickly notice it as fake body (no hairs moving, the muscles are stiff, etc.). It's not like this manga needs to adhere in some real science laws you know.
Actually, i just called it "Ice clone" because Brennen did, and my post was a response to his.
In fact, if you look at page 6 of 356 you'll se that it's not as much Ice-clone as it is Ice-mirrors.
No matter how you put it, I don't see how a 2 dimensional thing like a mirror can pass for a 3-D clone to Halibels senses, much less spurt blood, unless Hitsu has somehow aquired Mad Genjutsu Skillz.
EDIT: Aaaand, just finished TBTP. Aizens shikai makes less sense than ever. "Hey, everyone who looks at my release get's hypnotised, so I used that to make you think some random guy was me!" Fair enough. But what about the rest of SS? They never wondered about the random guy following Shinji around?
