Both of them take place in the second special within about thirty seconds of each other. The special is actually pretty decent as far as filler goes, and the kids aren't annoying like the typical One Piece filler kid.
I think that's the first and only time Luffy has ever blushed like that. The nosebleed is due to him being kicked in the face about a minute prior, but the blush is entirely due to what he's witnessing. For the purposes of this thread, it works so well…
