It's unlikely they get newspaper on sky island and Kamabakka Kingdom. That's why i think rayleigh is near or in impel down
Rayleigh's card is fine. That means that he's probably not captured.

It means his life isn't in danger. He could've let himself be captured (part of Kuma's plan?) and be perfectly healthy.
Man, what a great chapter.
All the stuff going on in the world is amazing. It looks like everything is falling into place for an epic war.
Sanji's fate was predictable, but it's still hilarious. Poor guy. Can't wait to see where the rest of them ended up.
I am very curious to see how Oda will REALLY manage to get the SH's back together.
Everyone is going around assuming they will meet up with Luffy at Impel Down but at this point, with the information that is given, it's unlikely as hell.
Rayleigh ins't captured because Sengoku would have gotten that in the report. They would have said Admiral Kiazru captured 500 pirates including Dark King Rayleigh Right Hand to the Pirate King!!!
I think capturing Rayleigh would be a momentous day for the Marines. Too bad nobody can capture Rayleigh…. haha..
SH crew will either reunite right before Ace's Rescue, or right after. I believe they'll show up just in time with Sunny to help Luffy, Hancock and Ace escape as White Beard and crew are buying them time. I can't wait to see White Beard handle all 3 Admirals at the same time... hahaha.. will we finally get to see Sengoku in action? He's going to have to step up along with Garp if they even want a chance at capturing White Beard. Black Beard is going to get destroyed by Marco. Marco isn't going to go down like Ace.

Yes, I see, so you are saying that sanji ending u on an island with gays & gay animals with the heart of a maiden is predictable . . .
to the asylum you go . . .

man you ppl are desperatly trying to get rayleigh arrested for the sole purpose of the strawhats reuniting… imo this is just pure bull****.
when the marines would have caught rayleigh they would be bragging about it = it would be in all the newsapers and their mood towards the WB situation wouldn't be quite as bad as it is now.
garp said that they wouldn't be able to handle 2 legends at once and that's just the way it is. they would need their combined full force to take down the first mate of the jolly roger pirates and since he is not threatening the current world order in the least (as far as they know… we all know that he actually did that by helping luffy) he won't get that kind of attention in contrast to WB.
i think the SH pirates won't meet each other until the battle is over and if they do, it would take a whole lot of a better explanation than rayleigh is in/at ID so they all went their, duh.
this simply sucks and i hate reading this over and over again!!!
this weeks jumps as well as all the recent weeks jumps showed me clearly that in comparison, one piece is nearly the only manga i read that keeps me exited all the time and that doesn't disappoint me (only with slight restrictions). oda is a genius when it comes to writing and i know that he won't pull it that way unless his pensil dulls and he gets his brain removed.
(fullmetal alchemist normally doesn't disappoint, either)
Bahaha, lol, Sanji. Fate is cruel.
Meanwhile, Luffy is doing everything Sanji would die to do.

Or more powerful that you could possibly imagine!!

No, but seriously, I agree we probably would have heard of it already if he was "captured". It is more likely that he just headed over there or something. If he is there at all. I'm also considering the possibility that the Strawhats meet up at Saboady and learn about Ace then, and decide to head over to ID/Marineford after. IDK, no matter what direction I look at it from I am having trouble believing that they would go under the assumption that is where Luffy is headed. I mean, how would they know to go to ID vs. Marineford for instance? I think the most likely option is that Rayleigh is just "in the area" because Kuma told him something…or some other such similar nonsense.
Great freakin' chapter!! How convient are some of these islands the Strawhats have landed on? I knew Sanji would get the shitty end of the stick.
If we get to Impel Down and Buggy's been captured and imprisoned there i'll honestly be laughing for weeks.
haha feeling sorry for sanji.
This reminds me of a "Wuxia" story. Where theres this "supreme" martial art and the ONLY way to learn it is for one to "castrate" oneself….
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Smiling,_Proud_Wanderer
Wonder if Oda will make up something similar to this for sanji…like in order to master a supreme leg style he must give up being a pervert or something..
just a thought....lol
The problem is… you claim that she'll have to go with Luffy to keep her island safe right? But the island would still play host to an extremely dangerous haki-wielding pirate crew. The government has basically told Handcock that the punishment for abandoning the Shichibukai would be an assault on her island. They're smart enough to know that it would still be a punishment for her even if she was cruising with Luffy. You also assume that the marines will definitely know if Hancock helps Luffy. I assumed she was simply going to let Luffy slip out at Impel Down and perhaps then help him covertly, point being it could be done with out the WG finding out.
Wouldn't sailing away from the red line and into the New World take her farther and farther away from a dream to free all slaves? Brook is different as the plan is to be really close to Reverse mountain at the end of the journey.
Classifying all theories that disagree with yours as "wild" is pretty low.
What you describe here is at it's base level, a female Sanji. It would be different, yes, but like I said the basic gag of somebody desperate to please another crew member would be the same. What service will she provide to the ship? Empress? The only personality traits we've really seen areBitch
Lovestruck
Crying Vulnerable GirlWe get lovestruck from Sanji, we get bitch from Nami, and I don't really want her to just be a crying girl all the time. I think that your same criticism of "people just wanted Margaret because she looks good" can unfortunately often be applied to Handcock fans as well. Personally I think the girl has a humongous forehead.
An extremely dangerous pirate crew that has done what recently? I mean, has it been said anywhere that the crew has done anything recently to oppose the WG other than Hancock? Do you really think the WG will make it a priority to attack Amazon lily when they just got through battling WB, most likely have Luffy categorized as an even greater threat, wanting to hunt down Hancock and going after the three other yonkou? They already lost 20+ ships to WB, how many more during the battle and how many high ranking officers? Another shichibukia is unwilling to fight with them and might be stripped of his title as well. They were at peace with Amazon lily before the betrayal, why would they create another enemy that has not declared war on them when Hancock would be shown to be doing things of her own free will (being that she came by herself) and would have no reason to believe Amazon lily was in on it. Now if she returned to her throne, do you not think they'd be heading down there in mass to take out a huge threat in Hancock (also for the other reasons I mentioned in my last post)? I mean, they are going to know exactly where she is, unless she sails away with some of her people, which just brings us back in a circle with what you`re saying and they attack the island anyways. Amazon lily is not a huge threat without her, especially not with all the problems/casualities/damage they will be dealing with after this upcoming battle.
You really think someone with her level of power and status can just sneak around to help Luffy? I mean this is the place the WG puts their most dangerous prisoners, how many soldiers do you think that entails in comparison to Enis Lobby? If she just goes around petrifying people, who do you think that points to as the culprit? Luffy is obviously going to get into a major battle with someone, I don't think she'll be willing to sit around while the guy she loves is fighting with everything hes got and she is just watching or sneaking around. Once she gets into a battle with a worthy foe (no idea if she will or won't, but most likely will) don't you think the surrounding area, the battle damage, the witnesses are going to show clear guilt? Don't you think the Vice admiral is going to figure out how Luffy got there, since he was intelligent enough to stab his hand to avoid being petrified and Hancock specifically asked him to take her to Impel down with no explanation? Her getting away with things by "sneaking around" with so many things making it almost impossible would just be downright poor writing, and that's not something Oda does.
I never said "all theories disagreeing with were wild", I simply stated what I thought about the ideas that are brought up about Margaret joining the crew or Hancock not. If someone provides a plausible theory that doesn't entail "she's going to die because I think it and Oda will surprise us randomly even though he has never really been one to kill off characters" or "she'll never join the crew because I don't like her" I am more than willing to listen. She's entirely different from Sanji, he is the type to just yell out his feelings for a girl or tell her how beautiful she is etc, and he just wants any pretty girl he sees. The meaning behind his words are a huge difference, he doesn't love the girls, he finds them attractive and has the libido of 10 men, while she is actually in love with Luffy. Hancock is someone that was in an authoritative position for large portion of her life, never really showed her emotions and has loads of pride. She isn't going to run over to Luffy and jump all over him telling him how she feels, making him desserts or making herself look downright disrespectable. She doesn't even understand the feelings she has for him (as shown in her conversation with Nyon) other than she is actually in love with him, not like Sanji wanting to sleep with every hot chick he sees. I think it'd also be interesting to see how Oda writes her developing feelings as she learns to understand them, since he portrayed her before as cold-hearted and somewhat cruel. She has shown to be more than just the personality traits you showed, and we've seen her be happy/smiling in the latest chapter too. Which brings me to another point, would the Kuja want her to return to being their miserable, cold and lonely empress when she was obviously happy being around Luffy? I mean they were quite surprised by her smiling around him and helping him, they obviously adore her, so I'd think they want her to be happy, which would be to go with Luffy. As in with the whole Franky thing in Water 7, like his "family" wanted him to escape to be safe and because they knew his dream, I'd think the Kuja would want their empress to be happy.
She adds plenty to the crew and the examples I gave of her interactions with the crew were not just all Luffy admiration, but how the rest of the crew would possibly react to her and her to them. Would she become humble after realizing she can't get away with everything by looking good? I mean with Ussop, Sanji, Franky and Brooke she probably will, but Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Robin and Chopper won't just give into her looks like that. She adds her experience in the New World, her knowledge of all the other pirates that she has met/known, which is probably the best of the best, and she even knows Sengoku it appears to a certain point. She is a shicibukia and apparently a powerful one, so she adds a MUCH needed boost to the overall fighting ability of the crew. She brings in her own unique personality, perspective and knowledge of things. She probably has other talents not presented as of yet and I don't know what else the crew needs? They have everything, a musician, shipwright, cook, navigator and doctor.
I don't think I mentioned a thing about liking the way Hancock looked in my post, and I gave plenty of other reasons why she'd be an interesting addition to the crew. I do agree though that some people might just want her to join because of that but none of us have a choice in the matter, just can interpret the data given so far. I could keep going but this post is already too long and I have a bunch of labwork to do, maybe later.

Except everyone just thinks he's some old man. And even then, Sengoku only wants to hear about Whitebeard. At any rate, I was simply pointing out that his vivrecard being fine simply means his life isn't in danger, which could mean he was captured but is otherwise fine. Maybe he even went along willingly as per Kuma's plan, if he had such a plan, of course
Edit: On second thought, he still needs to coat the ship, so nevermind.

wasn't pointing my finger at you patriculary, i just took yours in place of all the scum that has been posted before.
should have used some1 else to quote but my connection went down so couldn't pick another one.
I bet Bon Clay is on that Transvestite Island that Sanji's on, and then joins the crew.
That would be so awesome
Bon Clay is in jail. No go.
I totally forgot about Bon Kurei. Bon Kurei for nakama!
I think the 500 pirates that got arrested will appear later on and be angry at luffy for bringing the marines and getting them all arrested.
I hope we get to see that happen. That seems like it would be fun to see. I would think they may forgive him if he sets them free. It seems like something Luffy would do. Unless Whitebeard does attack Impel Down and sets them free while trying rescue Ace.
HAHA. You know, you might be on to something there. Obviously, Bon Clay isn't on the island. But maybe this is the island he hails from? Where he learned to kick like that? That would be super-cool… and fun to watch. I highly anticipate watching Sanji squirm as much as /some/ of you are right now. snicker
EDIT: And for the record, crossdressing IS a choice. I choose to wear blue jeans and baggy shorts. My choice. Some choose to wear dresses, skirts, or tight pants. Their choice. I think modern society puts too much pressure on these imaginary "gender conformity" concepts, so I don't really care how you dress. Just be aware that that's the first thing I see about you. The second is, of course, the way you carry yourself, but the first is face and dress. As long as people are okay about that, I don't really care how they dress, and I don't think others should either. All this "social norm" stuff is a load of bull. That's what I think. END OF THIS TOPIC. I started it, and I want to get back to the chapter. Bon Clay, you guys. Bon Clay.
@Pirate_King_Sage:
…..DAMN! My parents are Spanish! I will NOT love them anymore........
InOdaWeTrust
yea because them being spanish is the same as your dad crossing dressing fuck off.
yea because them being spanish is the same as your dad crossing dressing fuck off.
Do you NOT realize how stupid that argument was/is?
I really like that idea of this being Bon Kurei's origin/ birthplace. It would offer some evidence of how Sanji can improve his kick attacks.
Bon Clay is in jail. No go.
I forgot about that. woops
But ya it would be cool if it was Bon Clay's hometown
how funny would it be if Sanji learned Okama Kenpo?
and then forgets about Nami and Robin but swears his love to Franky…
has anyone noticed that Kuma, Tiger Fisher and Jinbei's silhouettes look really similair?
@Zik:

Think there's a shot of him joining the crew?

Yes, it would be cool if Sanji learned an ADAPTATION of Okama Kenpo.
And I'm blocking that image from my head.
And they all look similar because they're all HUGE. XD They also look like Tom, who was ALSO huge. It's the hugeness.
my argument or theirs?
Think there's a shot of him joining the crew?
Hell yeah there's a shot! Luffy will meet him in Impel Down and Bon Kurei will join him. Then he can teach Sanji more about Okama Kenpo.
I forgot about that. woops

Chances of Sanji giving up his love attitude is .0000000000001%. Since it's Oda, we give it a very small shot since he is unpredictable.

Dude!That is totally NOT funny.:getlost:
I like how people are saying everyone is going to meet up with Luffy at Impel Down, but forget to explain exactly how they are going to get there. I mean, not only would they have to get through the gates of Justice, but they'd all have to get there within a reasonable time frame. Even if Luffy's landing point was the furthest away from Enies Lobby, he's sailing on a Marine Warship. Unless they all hitch lifts on passing warships, I very much doubt all the strawhats will be there and waiting for Luffy. Especially Nami. I don't think there are many Marine warships in the sky.
In regard to Sanji's predicament, I doubt he's going to learn Okama Kenpo. He beat Bon Kurei, remember? What's he going to learn next? Ramen Kenpo? I think he's going to awaken a "Sense" type Haki. While being forever hunted by the transvestites (I imagine them setting traps and such), with not enough time to even rest, I think he'll develop the ability to sense the fine moevments of others. I have nothing much to base this on except Luffy having a Haki that ties in with his dream. He wants to be Pirate King and has the King's Haki. Sanji wants to find All-Blue, so he should have a Haki that helps him survey his surroundings. It could also tie in with him hiding one of his eyes.
See, but I DON'T think they'll meet at Impel Down. They're gonna meet at the Sunny, just like they promised. Cause that's what they do. And then go to fishman island. That's my prediction.

I'm with you bugiipoppu, I think in their one week banisment time (i'm counting one week from the time they were send flying by kuma to the time of ace execution) they will have their own 'things' to do.
Well we know that Luffy want's to rescue ace, and we will find out about the rest next chap, but I do think whatever they were doing will all be tied together by Oda, they dont have to meet at ID, but I think their action will support Ace escape, don't ask me how, but that's what I think.
and about Luffy learning Haki….,he's a natural fighter, he learn soru spontaneously just by watching, I think he'll do the same with haki.

it's like as soon as a character is vaguely fucking mentioned or introduced into the series everybody immediately assumes they're going to join.
Yes, his only crime was being male. Which, on Amazon Lily, is punishable by death. This isn't some new rule she just came up with. And Marguerite and co, for being the ones responsible for bringing him into the country, also broke the law. You make it sound like she goes around terrorizing people and laughing manically like some recurring Batman villain
Everyone other then her seemed really adamant about strictly following the law. The only reason everyone else seemed to want to kill Luffy was because they feared Hancock's wrath if she found out a man entered the village. Also, who said it wasn't Hancock who made the law to begin with. She seems to have a pretty large grudge against men, I doubt all former empresses have had that same kind of trauma filled past. She could of easily ignored the law and nobody would of cared. Everyone else seemed to want to go against her at different parts except were swayed by her charm.
She doesn't even know who Marguerite is. And she is close to her sisters (and Nyon, in a way) who're the only ones she can open up to because of what they've been through.
That's why I made sure not to say comrade, friend, or nakama when I said Margaret. My point was that she's someone who greatly admired Hancock. It seems just as evil as killing someone who you would consider a friend.

You forgot almost every other character that may be locked up in Impel Down, and I believe I did hear some people cheering for Nyon.
Guys, is it just me, or does it seem like Whitebeard only appears near December? It's like he's Oda's Santa or something crazy like that.

Well than the marines better watch out, cuz whitebeard is coming to town, and he knows when they are sleeping or awake, and he also know whos been bad or good, and he will come with chopper best friend, rudolph the red nose raindeer

+1 XD
I mention Bon Clay's potential birthplace, and now he's next for the nakama list? … What have I done?
Anyway, I have another thinker question for y'all.
Why do you think Jinbei is standing up to the marines? Or more specifically, why do you think they sent him to the jail? Something was odd about what Sengoku had to say...

I wouldn't take what people say in that nakama thread to seriously they were prob the same people saying brooke what join because he's a swordsman and we already have a swordsman…..I don't think him joining is impossible nor do I think that just because he's an ex member of BW that he wouldn't join.
I have a serious question.
One of the best things about this manga is the possibility of new great characters joining about every arc or so. On this forum a trend seems to have developed that when someone brings up the idea of a person joining, you have a bunch of people jumping on them on how retarded it is.
Now looking at the last 3 people that joined, how can anyone believe their opinion is better than another persons and try to cut off someone from having fun debating whether the character they like might become a main character and stick around?
