    Damn, BOTH of them in the same day? I had just looked up Eric Carle not too long ago and was surprised he was still alive. I still remember reading Very Hungry Caterpillar in school and the teachers having to go great lengths to tell us no butterflies don't come out of cocoons

    A real shame about B. J. since I have always had a huge soft spot for Hooked on a Feeling and only his original version.

    Sounds like he had a tough life yet always knew what love is all about.

    Director Richard Donner, of Goonies, Superman and Lethal Weapon fame, has passed at age 91



    And not long after Ned Beatty passed too. Crap. But thank you Mr. Donner for giving me some of my fave childhood movies.
