    Chapter 59:https://reader.kireicake.com/read/fr...en/0/59/page/1

    Spoiler:
I really like how the average foe cared more about the time the hero´s party helped them rebuild something than the epic conquering of a dungeon, Himmel was really a nice dude. Although some say that if his party went directly to the demon king the war would have ended sooner, but I don´t think there is a right answer there.

    Charming as always.

I wonder if all of the weird training and integrating into communities and bond making and whatnot that Stark is doing in the background will come front and center at some point?

I am hoping some of the new characters come back eventually, it would be nice to see Denken, Land or Übel again.

It was heavily implied that we would see them again with the explanation of why Frieren does not give tearful goodbyes.

I love the notion of "it's okay to flee, as long as the party flees together".
    That's really good stuff.

A new hero is introduced, that was unexpected. I'm wondering where this is going and what happened to him.
He doesn't seem to be in a party

Do you mean the Hero of the South ? The chapter seems pretty definite in telling that he is a hero of the past who died fighting the 7 sages of destruction yet took a few of them to the grave with him. Which in turn allowed Himmel & co to push through and confront the demon lord. Hence the commemorative statue. I'm not sure we will hear from him again other that the occasional wink inside a flashback.

Woohoo, they're back! I really love this single-chapter format for bittersweet memories of endearing moments and the everyday stuff. I'm still hoping we will get some big events once they reach north, though.

Not particularly exciting, but no dating disaster happened.
    Good job, Stark! :D

"Not particularly exciting" is this manga's trademark when it comes to interactions between humans. It's really amazing how they manage to keep things interesting and engaging without using the over-the-top attitudes that can be found in many mangas. Everything is muted and slow and soft, but it has me completely hooked.

Back to travelling and monster killing.
The monsters are getting tougher, and I think Stark needs more stamina.

Three months of waiting traded for enough gold to keep them comfortable for a while.
Seems fair to me, if they don't mind the time they lost. One heck of a commitment there.
