The sidestory is OK, but the last chapter was not quite as impressive as usual.

Murata must have his mind on the anime.

Failure after failure, Sonic still thinks he can beat Mario Saitama.

Manga creators usually get involved in the first stages of anime adaptations and since Murata is very interested into animation maybe he is thinking of becoming a collaborator or something like that.

We just got another update today, with the next one slated for april 2nd. Murata is seriously on fire now. The wonders of what an anime announcement can do to a man, I guess.

Half a chapter more or less.
    Complicating things since 2009.

It's already scanlated on Batoto, actually.

So, with the new anime announcement, does this mean we will get more chapters at a faster pace? As it stands, there's not really much source material from the redrawn version -- especially when some chapters have a few pages of content and the rest are just special effects which can be animated in less than a minute.

I figure it depends on how many cours of anime they are planning.
If they're only planning to do through the Boros arc, and leave Garou for another season, it may not prompt Murata to go much faster.

Besides, even if Murata goes faster and finishes through Garou, ONE still has to do more than like 7 pages every 2 months.

I wonder if Murata ever catches up to ONE's completely, if ONE will just relegate himself to a writer/storyboard position.
Been wondering that for a while now.

There's always side-chapters or bonus stories if Murata and One want to slow the pace down on the redrawn series while still releasing stuff fairly consistently.

They could flesh out the existing heroes or introduce new ones to kill time.
    Complicating things since 2009.

I really would have preferred a OPM bonus chapter to that nonsensical roach buster manga.
I mean yeah, it was ok as a gag, but it's not like it'll amount to anything.

Saitama only need one hit to humiliate Sonic, classic.

Can't wait for the anime, too much hype to handle.

While I prefer Murata's art no one can't deny that there is certain charm and raw genious in One's panels, certain panels made by One are just amazing perspective and reaction wise, while Murata completely blows One away art wise there are certain panels that One handles much better.

If Murata/One could increase OPM production with complete co-operation then I would be only happy but I still would want to see One's original take on story in future too, he just releases it so painfully slow and random so he might be focusing on MobPsycho100 while he is waiting Murata to catch up.
