You are getting the warnings because these pages contain direct links to images hosted on Mangapanda servers. It seems Mangapanda has been reported as a malware spreading website and has been consequently added to the blacklist which is well deserved and calls for a celebration.

Also, since it is just images, you aren't getting any actual malware from Arlong Park.

I figured as much, the mods have explained multiple times that the site itself doesn't host ads and whatnot to even allow direct malware. Gosh darn mangapanda. It always goes back to them. :X
