I think the whales that took the Strawhats close to Punk Hazard, when they entered in the New World, were send by someone who we cant even imagine yet. In the end it will be revealed that the Strawhats were meant to arrive there, because since Punk Hazard it began a series of events that took the Strawhats in Wano. O-Toki and her powers involved? Maybe.

Guys. Back in the chapter 506, Rayleigh mentioned that he got shipwrecked and Hachi is helping him out.

What do you think is happening onto the man as strong as Rayleigh the "Dark King". The right hand of Pirate King.

Am I the only one who's not concerned with who Luffy's mother will turn out to be? It's not like Luffy cares about her at all, so why should I?
    Gonna give ya the D.!

I'd say it depends - Luffy doesn't particularly care about his father either, but Dragon's a big enough deal to warrant paying attention to regardless of his connection to Luffy.

If Luffy's mother is a consequential enough figure, I wouldn't mind her getting some screentime.

But far less interested if she turns out to just be "Random Villager #56"...

I doubt she'll turn out to be anyone important, and I have even bigger doubts that she's still alive. She'll probably be the reason Dragon is going after the tenryubito specifically. What with their whole "I can force any woman to be one of my wives, and there's nothing you can do about it." thing.
    Gonna give ya the D.!

If the Vivre Card Databook is anything to go by, Dragon founded the Revolutionary Army before Luffy was born.

My mistake then. But to be fair I've never paid attention to any of the supplementary materials.

Mysterious race, that was lost to sands of time is probably the race that inhibited Ancient Kingdom. That's they did not hide after decimation of their island. They were different race, everyone would recognise them.

Clarifiaction of something, do people think that captains with notable subordinates would have their bounty inflated for being in charge of notable subordinates?

I say this, because its been shown that although someones bounty will be increased through association with a notorious person, its been implied multiple times that having a large organisation of notable people under someones command could also increase their bounty(examples being Luffy's bounty after WCI and the reasoning for that, and Cobra pointing out Crocodile's bounty would have more than doubled if the government was aware of Baroque works).

I believe the guy in charge gets more credit. You have more manpower than your own personal self. Dogtooth is strong by himself. But being a captain Luffy is much dangerous because he has the man power to command whole operations. So yeah I believe captains gets much bigger bounties rightfully so.

Thanks, with that line of reasoning, I think someone like Marco could have potentially recieved a bounty increase following him becoming the leader of the Whitebeard remnants...

I wouldn't be surprised if its revealed something like that happened.

I very much doubt Marco had any kind of Bounty increase. Yeah the crew were still some kinda threat but without WB, Ace and Thatch they've lost a good chunk of military power. Then they got beaten by Blackbeard and practically disbanded...

Interesting. How do you figure that?

Simple logic. If they think you are dead or you are inactive as a pirate they will not care raising your bounty.

    From 2015 btw...

Part 1 - Staff And Attribute Appliance

I started by noticing that Luffy has a new piece of wardrobe for the New World. This is his yellow/gold sash. Most of the arcs since the timeskip, he's changed attire, but kept the strawhat and sash. I think this has some importance to his training with Rayleigh. It can be nothing tho because it would've been mentioned by now as a treasure/meaningful to him as he does with the strawhat.

Doffy could produce string. With his awakening abilities, he turned other materials into actual strings.
I think that because Luffy's body has the rubber attribute and can't produce rubber. His awakening will be to give other objects the rubber attribute. Imagine objects that have a tolerance for electricity.

This sash can be possibly be hardened with haki and given rubber attributes and become like Nyoi Bo/Jingu Bang/Power Pole.

Goku and Sun Wukong, both used similar weapons. Luffy trained for 2 years. He learned haki for 18 months and trained on his own for 6 months. The results that have been shown are of the first 18 months. Oda hasn't revealed what Luffy has learned or done for those last 6 months. There were also over 100 creatures on Rusukaina that were stronger than Luffy. When Naruto trained with the toads, he was able to secretly apply the training to his Rasen Shuriken. In the end, Sage Mode was the key to taming Kurama and defeating Kaguya. My point is that Luffy's haki has shown progression and it's applications to his devil fruit has been shown. His devil fruit progression hasn't been shown without the assistance of Haki, so applying it to a sash wouldn't be far fetched in my opinion.

    Part 2 - Air Bullets

I was reading the Crocodile vs Luffy fight. I noticed that went Crocodile shifted the ground, Luffy shot water bullets at him.

I know this is a reach, but I'm guessing he could, in the near future, possibly use air bullets like Shukaku.

This wouldn't be much of a reach, if you think about how many times, Luffy has shown to take on balloon like features when sucking in air quickly. Spitting the air out even faster wouldn't be so far fetched either.

I got these 2 ideas from Luffy's prior tactics. The mechanics of Gears are the basis for the air bullets and Doffy's awakening is the basis for the staff and attribute appliance. I haven't seen anyone go into these on this level and from this angle.

Luffy using air isn't too much of a reach. He uses the air to expand his bones that are already elastic like rubber in G3 and speeds up his blood flow in G2. These are internal uses. What would stop him from utilizing the air externally?

Luffy applying the DF ability's attributes to other objects like how it automatically applies it's attributes to his body isn't a reach to me neither. Like in my post in the frequency thread, I think that he might have trouble with this. He might turn off his own ability when applying it to other objects. This can be a possible drawback for when he uses it at first.

My theory is about Urouge and King being from the same race (both have somewhat similar wings), but I already discussed this in another thread; so I don't want to discuss about it again in this thread now.

Makes no sense, Big mom had dealings with Urouge and knew what he look like. Big mom talked about kings race like it was lost in time, like they where all dead.
