Am I the only one who thinks Sesuji wo Pin's sudden conclusion is due to Welcome to the Ballroom getting an anime adaptation?

I don't see any reasons for Shueisha has to end their own series for the sake of Kodansha series.

It just seems too timely that a manga about dancing is wrapping up shortly after an anime was greenlit for another dancing manga.
I can see how Shueisha would assume that Ballroom would encroach on the growth potential of Sesuji, especially if the anime adaptation has a strong production and becomes strongly well-received.

I don't see Ballroom going to impact on Sesuji since they are serializing in different magazine from different publisher (the target group is different). The taste between Shounen Jump readers and Monthly Shounen Magazine readers are different, so the readers aren't going to vote Sesuji because of the series which is from totally different magazine. Like Shingeki no Kyojin for example, many people knew that Isayama was rejected from Jump and started SnK in Kodansha. And it turns out that it brought global phenomena, but it didn't impact on Jump's general popularity.

Plus, Sesuji didn't really show much potential. It has been serialized for 1.5 years, but its growth is very close to zero. So, there isn't much expectation for Sesuji to become big whether Ballroom get anime or not.

Besides, do you think Fairy Tail going to end soon because Black Clover's anime is coming soon?

Should I be worried for Uratarou? It seems doing pretty bad on the TOC but at the same time receiving a lot of love from the editors by getting a fair amount of CPs.

Don't worry. Young Jump is more flexible than Shounen Jump, and its volume sale is increasing. So, Young Jump won't going to axe quickly.

It's so sad that I can only recognize 4 characters + Salad. Need to catch up on all the new series that debuted recently. Any recommendations?
