But I dont get it? The numbers for Bleach and Naruto have to be wrong. How is it possible that the sales have not increased between 2/2013 and 2/2014 when Bleach has soled 2,752,588 japanese volumes in 2013 according to Oricon. The same goes for Naruto: According to Oricon Naruto has sold 5,553,933 volumes in 2013. Just take the volumes released in 2013 into account. There has to be something wrong in the mediaguide

I wouldn't mind if sales of Kubo's shitty manga were actually zero

Because numbers are not 100% accurate and are based on reports they have, probably from a specific source that just doesn't have data on Bleach for any number of reasons.

That makes no sense, I bought a Bleach volume in 2014 against common sense and my own better judgement, and I'm sure Kubo himself buys one of his own volumes every week (because if there's any mangaka who would ever do something like that it would be him), so sales can't be 0.

Mangazenkan conflicts with Shueisha's media guide in some noticable spots; Mangazenkan noticably over reports on Rurouni Kenshin while under reports on JoJo's and Bleach, for example.

So since they are leak for the next TOC and we had early releases for Shonen Mag, can we expect a release for Jump this week end ?

Don't we usually get chapters on the weekend during the golden week?

Wow Black Jack 176m, the original only have 17 vol isn't it?

You have to keep in mind, many of the older titles - especially Tetsuwan Atom/Astro Boy - cannot be tallied up accurately.
That's why it just says "over 100 million".

Both Astro Boy and Doraemon are likely to be far, far above 100 million, I would be surprised if they weren't among the top five in reality. We just don't have a way to count them.

Reading about manga stats before Dragon Ball is like reading archaeological studies of Sumer.

"The total number of Doraemon volumes sold is unknowable. Modern researchers put it in the range of 100-200 million, but that's based off of how other manga are selling and sheer gut feeling."

Haha that Monster x Monster chapter is great.

So the name of the series and "bringer exam" smells like Hunter x Hunter. Could that lazy bastard main character be a stab at Togashi or something? Just musing.

Could the whole manga be one, having fantastic art and possibly coming out weekly for years if popular, lol. Haven't read it yet, is it any good besides the gorgeous artwork I've seen from a couple pages?

Actually it's more a gag chapter than anything else. Don't know what it can give as a serie though.

Tokyo Wonders Boys will end this issue and Haikyu get the cover next one. No new series announced apparently.
