I don't read either series, but I could try.
What if Kuroko entered the world of Gintama?
    Spoiler:
    Playing badminton with Yamazaki.
Y: Did you just join us recently?
K: No no, I've been here for half a year now.
    Y: No way?!
K: You...how many days can you survive eating only anpan?
Y: As long as I have some vanilla milkshake to go with it, I can last as long as I need to...
K: That stuff you're saying should surely be impossible.

What if Nishinoya entered the world of Naruto?
    Spoiler:
    Fuuton, Rasenshuriken!!!
Nishi: I have to receive iiiiiiittt!!!
Those two guys: Nishinoya! You can't receive thaaaaaaattt!!!

As the url states, the new Kenshin spin-off will be about Shishio. If it starts 3 issues of Jump SQ from now, I'd guess it'd be roughly one year since Watsuki's wife hinted to us the existence of such a project.

Shishio huh? I guess since he was the villain of the series he could warrant a spinoff but I would be excited for a Saito spinoff.

Dunno. If I were to go for an English-Greek combination, then maybe Mi and I?

Oh, yeah, mu. Derp. We even used to make this geek joke in Greek class, drawing a cow and a balloon with just μ in it.

That's what is in the Media Guide of 2013 and 2014! I can't read Japanese so I don't know what it says in the corner of the graphs, maybe it says some valuable info about that.
If I'm correct, the Media Guide serves as a guide in an Annual Shueisha Manga event that is aimed to buyers, stores. Those numbers serve to show the potential clients the best selling manga of Weekly Shonen Jump and to see in what proportion they are selling. In that way they attract buyers to those titles in the top 10 as well as other titles, that potentially can sell in those proportions, and to the magazine. Now, I don't know why they didn't put the most current number for Bleach and it seems nor for Naruto(or if that is actually the most current number than what about with 2013?), but for the objective is not that important.
