Seems like total Japanese sales (One Piece has done more internationally since we were given a 345 million worldwide figure when it had reached the 300 million mark in Japan). Additionally, it's probably amount shipped (As in, the sales Shueisha has made to stores rather than the sales stores have made to consumers), though keep in mind that for these high sales series most volumes shipped will eventually be sold anyways

At the very minimum, they don't care enough to change its data from 2013 to 2014. At the very maximum, they don't care enough at all to make an impact on the data by buying a significant amount of volumes.

It only can be a mistake, because even though it drops in sales it still sales a lot.

That series is still on-going though, isn't it? So no wonder.

Kochikame also has like 150 volumes compared to draognball's 42.

As for Bleach I just asusme the data is inacurate for some reason or another. No way it sold 0 copies all year.

    2 Million / 42 = 47,629.

Of course you wouldn't see it, because a year for a volume to sell 47k is the same as not appearing in Oricon!

About it appearing in the annual I believe Dragon Ball is now selling special editions, Kazenban if I'm not wrong. Those don't appear in the annual Oricon. I don't know if they appear in the weekly, probably not.
I don't know if this is really sales or if it his just print. Does anybody here knows Japanese to translate what is written near the graphs?

Bleach number must be incorrect. Naruto I believe is the same. Now, it could be the numbers are books in circulation(with customers, in stores. Not returned, Not in warehouse, Not destroyed/recycled by the company) so it could be right, but I don't really know.

P.S: For what it says in Baka-updates and in the Dragon Ball wiki, Dragon Ball has a Full Color volumes version that is still ongoing, it seems 16 of them are already in circulation.

Well also dragonball is old, by now pretty much everyone who wanted it has it or watched the show. I doubt there ever will be a new huge spike for it. Maybe in ten years or so when toei finally remakes dragonball anime from scratch, lol.

The numbers must be wrong, the last time that I saw that chart (2 years ago) it had no growth for Kochikame.

Yeah, those numbers definitely seem weird. Based on the chart, we can gather they round at least to nearest 10,000th. So neither Bleach nor YYH sold more than 10,000 volumes last year?

Also, LOL at Naruto only selling 230,000 (that is, if it's accurate).

Okay yes, those numbers seem really off. The last naruto volume alone sold again over 600k I think.
