How the hell did Naruto manage to outrank OP and Toriko.

I don't have a list, but One Piece certainly holds that title, I believe.

One Piece passed Dragon Ball several years ago and has sold almost twice as many volumes.
    Complicating things since 2009.

This question is a bit tricky. Dragon Ball has sold something around 150+ Million while One Piece has sold 260+ Million in JAPAN
However, a producer from the Dragon Ball live action film said that Dragon Ball has sold 350+ Million copies WORLDWIDE. We can assume that One Piece right now even with the worldwide sales isn't even close to that number

High Kyuu!! (title source is Jump website) is a volleyball manga.

i don't like volleyball and the art reminds me of angel densetsu, not to mention it's not manly at all (judging from the oneshot), so chances are, i probably won't read it.

Previous work of this mangaka, Yotsuuya Senpai, wasn't that bad, so this one might turn out nice as well. And I like volleyball, it's some change from usual mundane football and baseball.

Also. Harisugawa whatever ended last issue. HQ starts this issue. Pajamana Kanojo starts next issue. So it's high likely that ST&RS has ended in this issue. Well, can't tell for sure until we see raws.

Wow, I think I've never seen a volleyball manga before, makes me curious. I'll definitely check it out.

Is someone scanslating Pakky? I couldn't find it anywhere.

DAMN IT!!!! why couldn't they just switch Bleach and gintama then it would have been a perfect top 5, so close

what I'm catching up on currently: Gintama, lone wolf & cub, Nausicaš of the Valley of the Wind, and lost in poem (by our very own AP member GEPPETTOSMONSTER)

I don't read Hunter x Hunter, but how the hell did it manage to get second-to-last place?

Hunter x Hunter never does well in ToC polls due to its unstable release schedule and everything connected to it. Its audience is more likely to buy trades. Every new volume of it does equally or even better than Naruto, around 1 million copies in the first few weeks, for example.

You have to realize that Hunter X Hunter, due to its nature of how often it updates, doesn't receive many votes.

Not that it matters since it doesn't matter how low Hunter X Hunter is in the polls. As long as the volumes sell (and they sell rather well last I checked) it can continue serializing.
