Dead Zone was a pretty good movie

Which has nothing whatsoever to do with what I said. It doesn't have to follow continuity to be good. Actually, I don't know how good/bad it is, because I haven't seen it yet. I've seen DBZ movies 2, 3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13, DB movie 2, 3 and 4, and out of those, the last two were the best ones, and movie 11 sucked horribly, reducing a somewhat cool character to a literal pile of crap.

I've only seen the DBZ movies up to movie 8. Not seen 9-13. Only DB movie I've seen is Path to Power. I own it, as well as DBZ 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8. I own a good portion of the Buu saga on VHS (back before it aired on CN).

I also recently bought a few DB/DBZ VHS tapes cause my local Dollar Generals sell them for $2 a piece.

Actually, movie 13 fits into the timeline perfectly, also...

INCONSISTENCY: Trunks's Sword

CONFLICT: In DBZ Movie 13, Tapion passes his sword down to Trunks, explaining the origin of Trunks's sword.

FACTS: Regardless of how the movie can fit into the timeline, this is impossible for other reasons. The Trunks who had the sword was the one from the tragic future, commonly known as Future Trunks. Tapion gave his sword to the Trunks from the main timeline, best known as Chibi Trunks. They are two completely different people; Tapion giving his sword to Chibi Trunks could not possibly explain how Future Trunks obtained his sword.
Back to the timeline issue, since the events of the movie could never take place, regardless of the fact that the two "Trunks" characters are two completely different people, the sword Chibi Trunks receives cannot possibly be the same sword that Future Trunks receives. Since Goku has died in the alternate timeline (as well as many of the other fighters), if Hildegarn were to come to Earth trapped within Tapion, the world would probably be destroyed; Trunks, alone, would not be able to stand up to such a task (especially since he would only be Chibi Trunks' age during the events... oh, it's so confusing!).
The movie is a great way to show how Chibi Trunks gets a sword... but it's not how Future Trunks gets his sword. Presumably, this is the same sword Trunks uses in DBGT.

Likewise, when I first bought the movie and saw that it killed me. I replayed it over and over, and even told my family about it like the nerdy kid I was at the time. I remember going to the part in the Japanese track and it being silent. I was booing inside.

Hmm, I only watched like 3 or 4 of the movies. I also agree that GT was pretty much crap.

However, I never really disliked the Buu arc. I do remember it having some "wtf?" parts. Overall, I enjoyed it though. I thought it had a good conclusion as well. This could be partially cause it was the latest one I saw, and I barely remember any of the other arcs at the moment.

there was two Awesome endings he could have had.

1. Use the Earth Dragonballs to teleport everyone alive back to Earth. Picolo still alive so works. He dies on earth so no more dragonballs. All the namekians are dead so no more dragonballs. Basically just teleported Gohan and Bulma back. Goku refuses and chooses to fight Frieza like he did. And so forth Goku dies to save the Universe from Frieza.

2. No Buu saga. Basically have exactly how Cell saga ended and having Goku die and not wanting to be brough back. Saying its time for new heroes or whatever. Cause Cell saga was still nice in the sense that it tied into dragonball.

But all in all it wasn't a horrible ending or anything. Its just that the whole Buu jus tdidn't make sense. He was just a super being made long ago and was burried under the earth. Just your typical when the story is no more the authro throws in a "hey this bad guy who is stronger than anything was hiding this hwole time and now here he is to come out at this moment. Convinient huh"

Which is what it will be like if Bleach and Naruto continue past their respective enemies we know of. Naruto I see no new enemies ever being able to come.

Only way I see bleach continuing that makes sense would be that after Aizens defeat and if some good guys die then those highest Hollows (no idea on name of top head) come out because they see it as a chance because SS is weak or something. But really can't see too much of a story, just some mindless boss to beat. (ha buu)
