Hahaha thanks. My husband makes most of the props though. I do the wigs and as of recently I have been doing the costumes as well.

He worked on it for about a month.

Check walmart for Bondo. My husband buys it there. Look in the automotive section. Also get me a good picture of the strap and I"ll give you some suggestions.

Try using a softer easy to carve wood for that part. It might hold up decently.
