I have a question on the thread titles, whom do I need to contact to change one? I want to change the 2018 Weather threat I started to 2018 Weather and Natural Disaster. I've sent PMs to a few people but only response I've gotten was Robby who said I needed to contact someone with purple and ?think it was green? stars, yellows don't have the ability to change the titles of threads.
